My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

Safe and stable made me sleepy and I slept and dreamt 😂😂😂😂

I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.

They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE

They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The crew was friendly, 5/5 stars. The food was better than ok, 3.5/5 stars. The seats were tight, 3/5 stars. The entertainment was 2/5 stars because of lack of WiFi.

I will never flight again with them. No charges plug in the air plane. Just that can tell you how bad the service was.

I couldn’t find my boarding pass with the information provided by Underpricer. It took me several hours to find what the issue was. Finally I got the right code to get my boarding pass from American Airlines. Underpricer WhatsApp call center finally got it right. When I got to Casablanca my luggage was left in Miami. Not sure which airline fault it was if Air Maroc or AA. I filled out a report with Air Maroc

Extremely Disappointing Experience Boarding was chaotic and poorly managed—we were left standing in the heat for 30–45 minutes with no explanation or apology. As a business class passenger, I was shocked when a staff member rudely refused to let me board after I questioned why I had to check in my carry-on, which contained valuables. Despite explaining my concerns, he remained unreasonably inflexible. Thankfully, the captain intervened and retrieved my bag personally. This same staff member was also loud and disrespectful to several other passengers. Completely unacceptable service.

Not good airline doesn't understand or recognize business class customers

I love how the airline gave accommodation as a result of my nine hour layover. The service at the hotel was great.

Check in process is terrible, only one counter opens to serve over hundred passengers, agents are incompetent and took too long to get passengers boarding passes. Supervisor is no help neither. On board entertainment 90% monitors were defective.

Pretty good flights! If they can let y u s know regarding delays by announcing it in the PA system it would be a good business practice!

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Very uncomfortable chair. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced. The AC dis not work, kept us on the plane for over an hour with no water and air condition
