I did not use entertainment on board, so, cannot really evaluate. the flight was fine.
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Klm start boarding while somw air issue in the plan
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

Finnair was not able to get our luggage on a connecting flight and there was a substantial delay of two days to obtain our lugguage. They did not communicate well, and we had to travel a significant distance to finally get our luggage. It has been a very negative experience.
On a more than 8 hours flight was only one meal included, which I have never experienced before. Always two meals on the overseas flight. It was very weird.
Business seating is soooo uncomfortable. You can sit straight up or lay down. You need pillows behind you because the back doesn’t lay down. Those are need to “prop” you up. The chair has no padding whatsoever. Food was gross. I’ve eaten on Finnair before and the food was exceptional. This time it gave 2 people in our party diarrhea. It was the chicken dish. I took 2 bites and didn’t eat anything more. The flight attendants were nice. You needed an additional lounge in Terminal D at DFW Airport. After waiting 40 minutes to enter, we finally gave up and went to a bar across from the club doors. I’m unsure if I’ll ever book a Finnair flight again.
It was a good flight, very comfortable seats for sleeping in business class. Probably the most comfortable business class seat I've ever had (20+ times in business class on various airlines). Service was good, but the only downside is my screen didn't work and it had to be reset multiple times to get it to shut off. I had to block my eyes because the screen was white almost the entire flight and I wore an eye mask when I slept. But when eating and reading in my seat, my eyes hurt because the only way to turn the screen off was reset it and the screen would only be off for a few minutes at a time.
Everything was wonderful! AirBus seats are more comfortable to sleep in as compared to the Boeing planes.
Great. It was awesome to have boarding from the front and back of the plane as it made the process go very quickly
We had an excellent trip with Finnair. This was our first time and we’re very pleased. The only issue was with the boarding - it was a little bit confusing and needs a little bit of streamlining.
Flight delayed over an hour. They said they would hold our connection but then did not.
The staff were all particularly great. The plane was clean and fresh. The bassinet worked great. It was all very nice.

It wasn't an AeroMexico connect but SAS, I dunno where that AeroMexico info came from. A word to the wise - do NOT get an international connecting flight into Eurooe at Copenhagen that has less than an hour layover between flights, or you'll never make it. You'll need to go thru immigration at the airport before catching your next flight, which takes some time, and then it could be a good half hour walk or more over to your next gate. Kayak lined up flights for us with only a 45-minute layover and it was literally impossible to make the nect flight ... I figured if their robots thought it woukd work it should be ok, but don't trust the robots! Had to wait for the next plane to make it to our destination.
One of our bags was never put on the flight in Copenhagen. Now that we're home in the USA, my wife is still without most of her clothes and personal items as she returns to work this week. Hoping for a quick resolution, but there seems to be little chance of speaking with an actual person in the process.
No vegetarian option was provided for the regular meal or the pre-landing snack.
Got delayed, we missed our connection because of this and were stranded for hours in Los Angeles with no way to go home. Don't fly Scandinavian Airlines!!
Business class seats narrower and the most uncomfortable Business class I've ever experienced. Clothes on the seats was itchy, head of the bed was elevated causing us to slude down even though they were "lie flat seats". Plane was way too hot. My partner and I were both sweating just sitting in our seats. Staff appeared sad or depressed
Food is pathetic, and the crew is rude. Not friendly like all other airline carriers.
The flight was on time and loading was fine. I really disliked that all drinks other than coffee or tea had a cost. Deplaning was also an issue as people did not wait for those in front of them to get out before they pushed forward
Flight was delayed 3 hours. Pilot cancelled flight under 4 people volunteered to change their seats to economy from business class.
Last minute cancelation, though a substitute flight was found I could not pick my meal or seat. The hotel offered didn't have working air control or shower.
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.

Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.

Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport

I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
