The counter person at the gate was rude and demeaning, to the point that I wouldn't fly this airline again.

We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.

Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.

The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.

Food was not great. Small seating area for business class

United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.

Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.

Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!
