Food options were ok but the actual meal was terrible. On my way back, they simply said that there was no vegetarian option; somehow they struggled to get one meal and did not give me any breakfast at all which in my opinion was terrible. Never had such an experience in the recent years.

Plane was ancient, poor seating, layover time for flight to Raleigh was insanely short and total disaster, plane arrived in Vancouver late, luggage did not arrive in Raleigh with Raleigh flight. I lost cell phone in customs because of rushing to catch next flight.

this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.

3rd time in a row on an international flight a massive delay. Third time in a row on an international flight that Air Canada rebooks the missed flight for the next day, third time in a row I have to start a fight with Air Canada to get the money back they should pay me back for the inability of this airline to fly on time and do the decent thing
