Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
They lost my bag and I still haven’t received it yet
I don't understand the concept of paying to get your personal luggage onboard and then asked to check it in.... either sell the space or don't, its a hassle to carry those all through the airport just to make a check in at the last minute.
Georgian Airways check in staff initially denied us, because they thought passengers required transit visas to transfer on connecting flights. This required 70 minutes for them to call multiple people to confirm how transfers worked. They did not apologize once accepting our check in. Onboard, the four hour flight gave stale bread with spam slices as lunch. The only included drinks were still or sparkling water.
Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.
Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€

The plane was small and one felt the turbulence much more. The lines to get through immigration were insanely long.
The ground staff did not load my bag onto the plane and despite me watching from the bus that my bag is not being loaded and taken back on the cart to the terminal, I pointed out to the staff and ge laughed upon checking my tag and knowing they made a mistake. Instead of calling the cart back and loading it he said we can’t fo anything and you should file a report upon landing at RAK. I told them my stay there is short and i needed my bag as it had everything I needed but no avail. Even the pilot was informed, staff of the plane was aware but all in don’t care mode. Upon arriving at Marrakech RAK, i filed a report and being told it might come in next flight tomorrow and we don’t provide delivery service, you must come and pick it up. If it doesn’t arrive on time then it will be sent to your home in the US. Unbelievable stress and inconvenience that could have been easily prevented by the ground staff.
From Casablanca to Lisbon our baggage 2 pound over they want me to pay $120 for 2 pound which unexpected we are two family 8 of us they counters lady her customer service is not good I fly frequently for my business next time fly with TAP Air I will think twice
Our steward Margarida who served us from Lisbon to Boston was absolutely fantastic! She deserves a raise. Conscientious and thorough as well as showing appropriate attention for every need.
Comfortable but not Polaris or Delta comfort Business Class. Overall 7 out of 10
A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.
45 min late. Priority is not a priority as they put everyone in the same bus a than priority become last.
I have been flying internationally for most of like. My first trip with TAP- wonderful! I look forward to flying with them more frequently in the future!

Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AIRLINE. LOST LUGGAGE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER BOOK

We missed our connection and they put us in a hotel our luggage didn't get rerouted with us so we arrived with no luggage
The crew was friendly, 5/5 stars. The food was better than ok, 3.5/5 stars. The seats were tight, 3/5 stars. The entertainment was 2/5 stars because of lack of WiFi.
Delay, no announcements, no support to fast track transfer in Casablanca, made the connection despite all but my bag didn’t make it.
Hot plane. No AC for 3 hours in the middle of Summer.

ldid not like the late departure did not like the late food service. Food should have been serve earlier ro allow more sleeping time. Did not like beeing interrupted just to show announcement about their duty free onboard Finally baggage did not make it to final destination and are still in casablanca.
The Airline canceled my flight and don’t want to refund me.
