Flt staff again awesome, food was again outstanding, entertainment options, great space roomy and relaxing
I don't know other staff but the guy who checked me in was completely non friendly. Did not greet even. Looks like he is not the man for this job. In flight crew was good but they were all messed up with the delivery of special meal. Looks like they were delivering special meal for the first time. Gifts for Umrah travelers were distributed to few travellers as they ran out of back packs. Even in soft drinks coke was not available. Totally understand satisfied.
Food, comfort and entertainment all good. Boarding was messy. Apparent lack of staff to keep things orderly.
Feral children not being controlled by Turkish parents should be addressed by crew rather than allowing them to disrupt the passengers around them. The flight is a paid service and poor behaviour should be addressed.
Bussing in a major flight is idiotic. Cabin was too warm. Food was bland and felt old
Flight got cancelled for good (apparently due to jet fuel concerns), and we had to re-book to Hannover, Germany instead.
The prices and many to choose from: Very unfriendly unprofessional and difficult staff and lacked English skills. Had the pleasure to go to Istanbul in 2022 but went on Jordan Airlines and found Turkey a wonderful place with kind people. The experience as a first time flyer on Turkish Airlines was so disappointing that received not to go into Turkey was so upset about this cruel treatment
Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .
There was a Turkish Airlines employee sat in 16A in the row in front of us. We understood that she was a Turkish Airlines employee from her interaction with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business but was sitting in economy with us. What annoyed us was the extremely loud conversation she had for the majority of the 12 hour flight with two men, one of which was leaning over the chair in front of her. This was annoying as they were so loud that my wife and I could still hear them despite wearing our noise cancelling earphones. No intervention was taken by the cabin crew. Secondly, she ordered some extra meals from the crew, which we believe to have come from business class, for her male friends. Seeing this in economy is very disheartening. Lastly, one of her male friends pulled out an e-cigarette and was only mildly reprimanded by the cabin crew. Overall, we consider this behaviour completely inappropriate of a Turkish Airlines employee. Next time we will book with Emirites, I don’t think that their employees would be allowed to behave in this manner.
I requested a special meal (kosher) several months ahead of the flight . It was listed on the Turkish air website that I had a kosher meal. In-flight, there was no kosher meal. I was not able to eat during the nearly 8-hour flight. There also was no kosher meal on the second leg of the trip. The flight attendants said there was nothing they could do. They had no idea why the kosher meal was not provided. Very bad meal service.
Online checkin didnt work because of technical issues so we were assigned a set of last row seats and my wife got a seat far away from us. Our seats didnt recline and were noisy next to the restrooms for young kids. Really disappointed with the experience.
Couldn’t take this flight and 2nd flight in the trip was cancelled.
Fight kept delaying, didn’t land till 10pm, after custom etc. it’s after 11pm. This leaves limited options but to take expensive taxi, then driver demands for more $$ Flight offers absolutely nothing, not even water
Late flight, lost luggage, no customer representative or online tracking luggage
Terrible flight mainly due to the emergency landing caused by a tyre blow out on take off and late landing at Gatwick which was rough and then once we stopped we weee surrounded by emergency services. Nobody informed us of what was happening and we were all scared due to the smell of aviation fuel throughout the cockpit. When we eventually got off the flight with the help of the emergency services we boarded buses that took us to the arrivals area where we waited over 3 hours for our baggage. Poor communication throughout and was left feeling shaken and distressed. Never flying with sunexpress again.

Disorganized service and aging equipment paired with inexperienced personnel. This was not what my husband and I paid for.
Long lines to check in at 5 am on October 22 and no nowhere to sit at Izmir airport waiting for the Munich bound flight ticket check in to open.
