I take emirates because of direct flights Otherwise no Cabin crew niot friendly and never friendly across the airlines Planes old inside not renewd .. this is not an issue The issue is the poor service
Wonderful Premium Economy experience. Felt as good as Business Class for food and entertainment. Comfortable sleeping too
The food options were excellent for Economy. It was difficult to find the lounge after clearing security and boarding was clunky

The first class experience was great but Frankfurt airport is very confusing. Badly signed all round. Boarding was not pleasant and check in staff was arrogant.
Worst ever. No assistance and communication from Emirates crew. No visibility of when the flight is flying. Couldn’t understand if we can go to lounge to take rest. Emirates system at a certain point said flight is not operating and suggested to take the next flight and in few minutes it suddenly opened the gate for boarding. unsupportive and rude crew. Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed by 5 hours so need the compensation for that.
The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.
Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try

I’ve never heard of discover airlines but will definitely be on the lookout for future flights. Everything about the trip was perfect. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The only critique; there was a delay and gate change and this fact was NOT well published! My eTicket was NEVER updated with the new flight details. We ran the whole way from our connecting flight only to find that our flight was delayed. Very frustrating. Additionally, there was NO announcement regarding the root cause of the delay. The uncertainty about the cause of the delay contributes to the overall frustration. One other small matter onboard; one of the toilets was unavailable (or perhaps malfunctioning) and NO explanation was given nor was any workaround explained. It would have been less frustrating if they announced why the toilet was lock and explained the alternatives in detail. That way the foot traffic congestion could have been minimized.
Basically a low cost airline, with very small seats, mediocre food and staff not particularly nice. Not a pleasant flight
Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.
We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.
it was great honestly for the melbourne flight a kit with blindfold and slippers was probided to each passenger on the seat and the food was really great will definitely recommend people take turkish airlines for travel not just on the sin-melbourne route.
Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

Very bad I have traveled to about 70 countries. And this is one of the worst airline with the bad customer service. As a family We purchased our seating tickets 8 D, 8 E, and 8 F but when we board we got switched to 10 A, 10 B and C without early acknowledgment. The seat back doesn’t even go back because the back row is the emergency row. We didn’t like it at all because we actually pay for the seats we want then the manager Melih came and say either we take the new seat or get off the plane. What a bad customer service. He was saying things that are not even legitimate. Due to the seat back unable to be push back we had to go to other seats in the far back and be separated. Very bad experience with this airline and will not want to take it again.
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

Leaving on time would have been a good start . Sat in plane while they cleaned around us . We got to Turkey raced to our next flight to see plane sitting at the gate 5 minutes before departure time to be told “ plane is gone “ while obviously it wasn’t . Showed them time on my phone before departure. Then “ gate is closed “ . Then he said “Instead of talking to me you need to go talk to someone else to get another flight “ . We booked business class no service waited in line to have to rebook same flight day later. Offered hotel room but wait for a bus to heard us to what I’m sure would have been cheap hotel. Opted for private cab and decent hotel at our own expense. Bad service at ever turn . NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN !
Clean, well presented, comfortable business class seats. Good service and attention and good privacy when needed. Excellent trip and would use them again.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.
Water in bottle and a piece of chocolate were given. We did have movies to watch.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
Wish the plane actually landed at a gate instead of on the tarmac and have the passengers board very slow buses.
The jet is quiet but the food is uneatable and the new seats are horrible .One cannot find comfort on them. When do airlines learn that there is a better service for your clients. Go to a flying wing design save fuel offer a human seat where your arm does not interfere with your neighbor . Provide food that tastes good and offer free drinks

Nice flight over the alps with spectacular views. Rome airport has good signage including on how to get into the city on the Leonardo express.
Very nice flight very quick staff were really good. They speaking to me in German a lot when I’m English again if you’re the taller person I would pay extra for the legroom more comfortable.
One of the female flight attendants had an attitude. The snack toward the end was pretty bad. My husband and I were both sick the next two days.
