Seats paid for in advance. Seat assignments changed by kayak 3rd party. Seats then changed again by Turkish airlines at the gate. Family seated on opposite sides of the plane yet money taken for seat assignments that were not honored.
Very comfortable in business class. Excellent service. Good food. Smooth trip.
Flight was late but loading plane was much easier in Istanbul than athens. Food was so-so and choice was limited. Flight attendants were extremely courteous and helpful; however, it was difficult to get attention during night time service. Overall good experience and the price was right
A lot of snacks and provided on request by traveller. Preferred meals which were on their menu were not always sufficient for those who wanted them. We were told 2 different items and offer which we asked for were not offered initially. We rejected the 3rd item given as a substitute for our initial choices which we didn't want and so we didn't accept it. Eventually our initial choice was offered. During service of coffee and tea, the crew member didn't offer us and moved back. Luckily neither of us wanted tea at that time. Crew members must avoid behavior that may be suggestive of discrimination
One of the worst days of my in Istanbul very disrespect people they changed my flight 2 times I miss one of my flight from Istanbul to DFW they forsed me to buy another ticket they do not care about customer they take advantage of you. You get scammed from every where if have other options please don't go through the Turkish airlines

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Business Class pods are horrible. If you're petite, you might be able to sleep on the uncomfortable seat and bed. Crew and food are fantastic.
I have travelled many times on Turkish, but they always board at least 30-40 minutes past the stated time. If informed properly, passengers can choose to spend more time in the .lounge instead of standing around by the gate waiting to board. The new lounge at DFW was a big disappointment. The aircraft itself was a shock. In the past I have flown this sector with regular business class seating configuration of 1-2-1, The 2-3-2 seating is very disappointing after paying such high prices for tickets. The DFW to Istanbul segment was slightly better, but the Istanbul to Delhi segment was no better than premium economy. I will try to travel more on airlines which give business class passengers more value for their money.
Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.
