The flight was delayed by a hour and I wish they had communicated it sooner. No issues on the plane, it did take a while for food to come.
Smooth and easy boarding, comfortable for the entire 5 hour flight, and the seat back entertainment was great! I appreciated all the features, from location info and maps, movies, the ability to connect with Bluetooth headphones, and good selection of movies. Food was good, normal airline snacks (I didn’t purchase anything)
it was so bad. I tried to board my flight from vancouver to saskatoon. And to my surprise they did not board me cause the flight was changed and no email was send to me. and on my boarding pass which i got from seattle says different flight. I did not knew anyone from Vancouver, air canada crew was rude, i asked for today flight but they were rude and i had early morning dental appointment in saskatoon. I was so much in pain and my whole day is wasted today. and i suffered alot. They did provide me hotel but they did not provide me any food. I am really really disappointed first time had so bad experience with air canada. I may think twice to book it again. If i can get any reply or any composition that would be great. Thanks

The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence. I think my favorite part of this flight was it landed at an A gate, which was the most palatial part of Sea-Tac I've ever seen - a massive improvement from the S gates.
Everything was fantastic. Modern plane. All the amenities! Although the paid snacks and meals are pure robbery. Like i understand airlines need to make money, but 11$ USD for an overnight oats with some nuts in it and barely any pieces of apple.... Highway robbery

Our flight was delayed many times throughout the day. The final delay was about 8 hours. I spent time in line to speak to someone at their understaffed desk, and also spent time waiting online and then chatting with a service rep. None of the United employees were any help at all. I desperately wanted to go get rest and possibly re-book my trip but I was denied any compensation or voucher for a hotel. I was repeatedly told it was not United's fault and therefore they had no compensation to offer. Overall, a cold and callous experience.
Flight was canceled do to mechanical failure I lost my connection flight at to pay $2500.00 more to get 4 more tickets to fly to Ketchikan Alaska This was the worst experience I had flying. Didn't board the flight. The flight was never confirmed by the airline although got the ticket from Chatdeal. Will never book through Chatdeal, rather book through the airlines themselves, customer service although got me othet tickets but ignored my reimbursement requests - closed the ticket without even saying anythjng
This was a great flight. I love the way they had general boarding board from the back first by seat row and in general the flight was very comfortable. The seats were actually comfy, and the food served was surprisingly good.

The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.
A special shout-out to one of the check-in staff at DUB yesterday noon. We had to use the "Closing Flights" counter and we met, hands down, the most efficient person - able to resolve several issues in the matter of minutes, while remaining polite and calming everyone down. Great job, Aer Lingus!
One of the best flights I've been on in a while. Very genuinely friendly staff. Courteous, kind, respectful. On a past flight (not Aer Lingus) I remember being woken up rudely to put my seat forward. Like a child being berated for something. Oddly jarring experience when someone could just tap you gently on the shoulder and gesture kindly. But I noticed the Aer Lingus staff were incredibly patient with everyone on the plane. It's the holiday season and I noticed a lot more elderly customers on the plane than I typically see flying, and the staff went above and beyond with helping accommodate people. Service throughout the flight was flawless. They came through offering water, and picking up garbage at perfect intervals. Seemed like this flight, everyone was on point. And the flight landed early on top of that
Dear Aer Lingus Customer Care, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience on Aer Lingus flight EI53 from Dublin to Seattle on 22/08/2025. Both my wife and I were seated in 15D, 15E directly under a faulty air conditioning unit. Even though the unit was switched off, cold air continued seeping through the sides and blew directly onto us for the entire duration of the flight (over 9 hours). We reported the issue to the cabin crew, but the only attempted solution was placing a piece of food-packaging sticker over the vent. Unsurprisingly, this had no effect. When we pressed further, the crew told us: “It is hard to fix it because we don’t have an engineer on board.” As a result, my wife and I remained exposed to constant cold airflow for the whole flight, and both of us became unwell afterwards, experiencing chills, sore throat and fever at the end of the flight. This has caused significant distress, disrupted our work plans. This experience highlights both a serious maintenance issue and a lack of adequate care for passengers. We therefore request: A full investigation into the defective AC system on this aircraft. An explanation of why no effective remedy (such as reseating us) was provided. Compensation for the illness and disruption caused to both myself and my wife. We ask for a full written response within 28 days. Should this matter not be satisfactorily resolved, we are prepared to escalate the complaint to the Irish Aviation Authority and Commission for Aviation Regulation and other relevant authorities. Nicest staff I’ve experienced on a plane! Good food, great entertainment, and they gave out little blankets that my kids loved. All in all, great experience.
Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.
It has nothing to do with Aer Lingus and everything to do with Frankfurt airport. There eere no visual displays of the flight destination at the gate. They kept changing our gate with semi audible public announcements and eventually I was at the wrong gate and my flight departed from the other gate.
The ticket was reserved in my name but not paid for by underpricer. Alaska airlines was unable to issue my ticket (could not connect the ticket with the PNR) due to an error with underpricer and I spent the better part of 2 hours at the ticket counter trying to rectify.
Terrible way of boarding in Reykjavik. Seats comfortable. Meal was good.

They wouldn’t check in my luggage even though I had one checked bag prepaid. So I took my bag to the gate and tried to check it in there and two employees scolded me for bringing a large bag to the gate. I told them I was trying to check it in and that it was prepaid, and they said they couldn’t guarantee that it would arrive at my destination but they finally let me drop it off when boarding the plane and pick it up right after exiting the plane. There was no food, and there was no entertainment.
The boarding process seem to take longer than necessary, resulting in a 20+ minute delay
One of the worst airlines I ever flew. Boarding is a disaster, they are always late, the planes are overly crowded. Everyone on my flight lost their connection because they were 2h late. Reykjavik is also not the best airport out there.
Flight was delayed. They did a terrible job rebooking me. Agent on the ground was useless. The partner airline who ran the plane was able to help me but Iceland air was useless
So Iceland Air is one step above Spirit Airlines. They do not feed you unless you pay for it or are in Saga Class. So, bring your food. They have a drink service, but it's in a large Dixie cup. Ask for the can, that is the only way you'll get a real drink. Also, we missed our connecting flight so they put us up in a flea-bag motel. Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice and friendly, however, there was no shower gel or shampoo in the hotel. We have to go to the corner store to pick some up. The room was not in great shape. Holes in the bathroom, a badly repaired ceiling in the room. The window was warn out. So, you get the just of how bad it was.

Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
Food was much better than my outbound flight. On-time. Good service. I had a problem with my entertainment screen, but the attendant fixed it promptly.
I pre-ordered my meal and did not receive it. The seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The crew was excellent and made my stay on board comfortable and enjoyable.
The only thing that the airport can improve which will help Lufthansa from delay flights is to warn the passengers that are flying to the USA to be earlier to the gate due to the documents check that in our case delayed the flight
SEA to Munich flight was turbulent and you could hear rattling in the plane. The food was TERRIBLE, return flight was better. We will not fly Lufthansa in the future.

Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
It was freezing cold, the flight delayed and then I got rebooked to a different connecting flight with a four hour waiting time even though I would have easily made my initial connection
Absolutely the worst food I ever had on any flight. Half of passengers simply didn't eat their meals, as I noticed.
The crew was friendly, but the comfort of the plane and the food definitely had room for improvement.

A flight attendant placed a meal on my tray. I was in 44E. The passenger who was in 44G had gone to the bathroom. I ate the meal. When the passenger in 44G asked where his meal was the flight attendant put the blame on me. She claimed another attendant put the meal on my tray. She then claimed when she gave me the meal she asked me if I had ordered a special meal. She did not Worst experience I have ever had with a crew member.
