Despite exit row seating, which gave leg room, seating was so narrow, the next passenger spilled over onto my seat. WiFi did not work.
We boarded and then deboarded the plane after being told it needed something done that couldn't be fixed. Sent notice about 3h flight delay, then they clawed it back and we were 1h delayed. Very poor communication.
On board WiFi is a bit flaky. Good for streaming music but getting Air Canada’s entertainment to play was hit and miss.

Everything related to this flight except the flight time could have been better. This is not the first though that Rouge has disappointed with poor show! Bad crew adds to the agony! Cant help it because of lack of options from YXE!
I'm 75 years old man and I was given the seat right in the back of the plane. There was no one sitting behind me. And I booked the ticket more than one month ago. I was given the seat number on the last half an hour before flight. I wonder how this happened. I was not able to stretch the seat. The whole flight I was sitting tight. Please don't treat the seniors like that. I hope you will consider this suggestion and treat your seniors little better.
The flight was about 1.5 hours delayed. Facilities at Saskatoon airport shut down at 7:00pm

We were in seats 23C & D and the seats were horribly cramped. I’m just a 5’7” height person and I felt badly cramped, I wonder how do the taller person copes up. 3 hours plus of sitting without moving your limbs. Bad experience.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.
Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
Excellent flight overall. Lufthansa Business service was excellent with great cabin crew and very good food and wines. The seat comfort was excellent. Only a slight reduction in score due to the 747-400 being a relatively loud aircraft these days.
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.
Loved the food (vegetarian in our case). Super pleasant. We're in our 60s/70s and not speedy anymore but I never felt rushed. Entertainment choices very current, personalized, and fun. Asked to change seats with a man who had paid for his seats as well but something had occurred in process so he was two rows away from his small daughter. Staff was very efficient at mediating the exchange and gave us a beautiful little travel pack as a gift to agree to it. The seats were comfortable but reclined a bit much for my comfort. I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic as the person in front of me reclined to the max and I felt very enclosed. Very efficient crew simultaneously as super pleasant.
The snack item was not very good. A lot of passengers disliked it
Left with delay due to a passenger health state. Overall the flight was good, smooth with no hiccups. Food was ok with only one choice for the economy class which was disappointing but not unusual these days. Crew was amazing.
Crew not helpful, Infant seat was purchased , instead I got infant ticket on lap, Car seat was taken away at the airport cuz of the type of Boarding pass that was given to us. Luggage missing at the destination airport .
