United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.
Meals were poor and service rendered on return flight was mediocre as compared to the flight we took to Germany earlier where the attendants were more attentive, energetic, and mindful of passengers' needs. Thumbs up to crew of UA 58. Thumbs down to UA 59..
Unbelievably poor service from flight attendants. They didn’t even do water service on a four hour flight. Just disrespectful.
We were given vouchers we couldn’t use with a 5.5 hour delay
The flight was delayed so the people from a late connecting flight was able to still make the connection.
The Cree was BEYOND AMAZING. They were, by far, THE BEST CREW I had the pleasure of flying with. They catered to my every need, beyond friendly, and upheld the highest level of professionalism that is of Lufthansa Airlines.
Lufthansa and United Airlines messed up with our reservation and they canceled our flight to Los Angeles. We ended up stuck in Frankfurt with two little kids. They sent us to San Francisco, but their flight was full and they wanted us to sit separated (even our 3-year-old was supposed to sit separated from me or my husband!!! Isn't it illegal???). Then the flight from San Francisco was delayed and we had two little sleepy kids, we were also told we needed to pick up our luggages. It was just horrible. I paid for a direct flight from Frankfurt to LAX and ended up going through hell. I am very upset and going to submit a complaint.
I would’ve liked to have made that flight so I didn’t have to go to Munich and have a 24 hour travel day
I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer

The flight attendants were wonderful - one man put my carry on in the bin for me. Very attentive service. Loved the blanket and pillow waiting for me in economy. Food was excellent which is a surprise given the reputation of any airline food. Wine was fine with the meals. Delighted with the new movies - flight went by very quickly. I would definitely fly Lufthansa again.
Generally good. Not their fault but the design of the Boeing 747 had seating supports directly in line with my legs. So my legs always had to straddle this support which caused body misallignment. Such poor design from Boeing. There was no USB port for me to charge my phone. The screen touch control was very poor.
Smooth flight with enough time for connection. Ran out of meal options. In-flight and gate staff were friendly and helpful. Good service overall.
They don’t give information on why a flight is delayed in a timely manner. Very frustrating.
The plane (Mitsubishi CRJ) felt old, creaking and not very new. The crew was okay. Hot water provision was broken so hot beverages could't be served.

Entertainment system is old. Food can be tastier Need to provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.
It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!

Crew was super rude in business class. Not friendly or helpful. Luggage was damaged and was told to file with United and that was unsuccessful.
