Mutiple delays and changes of gate resulting in arrival 5 hours after intended.
3rd time in a row on an international flight a massive delay. Third time in a row on an international flight that Air Canada rebooks the missed flight for the next day, third time in a row I have to start a fight with Air Canada to get the money back they should pay me back for the inability of this airline to fly on time and do the decent thing

the snack at the end was an improvement of previous flights of a year ago . crew were responsive and gave good service
Montreal to TPA was a sardine flight. Barely enough room to get in seat. I had paid for premium economy, but not available on TPA FLIGHT, which was horrible

The flight wasn't full. I was able to sleep on an empty row of seats. It was great.
Didn’t make it on the flight. Delayed then had to be rebooked, which in turn had me waiting at the airport for another 8 hours before next flight
The pretzels were rather dry and dusty. I do appreciate having a choice between sweet and savory snack.
Paid seats changed yet again. Put in seats I would never choose. Paid seats that are changed should be refunded. AC constantly does this! .
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
Good but I don’t received my bags yet is been 5days still no update
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
The crew were excellent, smiling and kind. The seats were good for economy though my seat back got a bit sticky from getting out of the reclining position. The food was good for a Kosher meal, better than usual. Entertainment was okay, but there was no Wi-fi available the entire flight. Overall the flight was fine for an overnight flight. The flight attendant in my section was absolutely delightful.
Fortunately the departure was delayed as I had a tight connection and the incoming flight was delayed. The departure delay helped me to make my connection. Thankfully, my luggage also could be transferred in the same time. The aircraft had to be changed and the power outlet in my seat didn’t work. Again luckily as the flight was not full, I could move to a different seat where the power outlet was working.
The legroom was lacking and the entertainment system lacked adequate selection of older films. Modern films are generally not very good.
No food, no entertainment, but that's normal for short-haul flight.
The flight attendants were wonderful - one man put my carry on in the bin for me. Very attentive service. Loved the blanket and pillow waiting for me in economy. Food was excellent which is a surprise given the reputation of any airline food. Wine was fine with the meals. Delighted with the new movies - flight went by very quickly. I would definitely fly Lufthansa again.
Everything was great…Flight Attendants were specially friendly and helpful.
Catastrophic experience the gate selected customers were picked up to.pay 70 eur for overweight 1-2 kg. While some others were let to board without chcking their carry on bags. Unecessaey drama by Lufthansa that brings nothing just hating them by customers.
