On time departure and arrival at LAX - good inflight entertainment - all basic seats on every airline right now begin to feel small after 10 hours!!

I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it

This was a great flight. I love the way they had general boarding board from the back first by seat row and in general the flight was very comfortable. The seats were actually comfy, and the food served was surprisingly good.

A seat was broken There was a delay of 45min A checked bag was missing in Boston

The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.

A special shout-out to one of the check-in staff at DUB yesterday noon. We had to use the "Closing Flights" counter and we met, hands down, the most efficient person - able to resolve several issues in the matter of minutes, while remaining polite and calming everyone down. Great job, Aer Lingus!

Terrible. So upset either way this flight. We scrambled to make it as it was delayed an hour.

It was my first transatlantic flight with Aer Lingus. Very enjoyable. Thank you for making international travel enjoyable again.

Great customer service. Frequent updates from the pilot. Smooth flight. Good entertainment. Meal service.

It has nothing to do with Aer Lingus and everything to do with Frankfurt airport. There eere no visual displays of the flight destination at the gate. They kept changing our gate with semi audible public announcements and eventually I was at the wrong gate and my flight departed from the other gate.
