I’m considering never flying with Iceland Air again. The seats in economy are torture. Now you only get water, coffee and tea for free- really? No food, not a single peanut. The passport line was insane, everyone was worried about catching their connecting flight. This was the third time I’ve barely made my connection, had to run. It can’t be that my choice is to use the bathroom (during the 50 minutes between flights) or make my flight. SO stressful! Ugh.

Nice, quick flight. There were lots of empty seats so they told me I could sit next to the emergency exit where I would have more legroom.

The boarding process seem to take longer than necessary, resulting in a 20+ minute delay

Service was excellent. Food and drinks were very good except for a greasy lump of a donut at the end of the flight that left us both feeling internally disgusted.

I flew Icelandair with my partner from Prague to the US. Overall flight time was around 12 hours, with a connecting flight in Iceland. I have flown internationally for years and with multiple airlines. Every airline serves you a meal when traveling internationally. Icelandair not only did not offer an inclusive meal, but they did not even offer a snack. The only things they served over our long flight was water and coffee. Ridiculous! Never again will I fly with Icelandair.

For a four hour flight, I was disappointed that everything was for purchase except for coffee, tea, or water. The disembarking in Iceland was so inefficient and time-consuming. We landed and stopped in the middle of the tarmac, had to disembark in the rain, and then squeeze into a bus which took us to the airport. Crazy! How does that work in winter?

The flights were in time and the bags arrived. well done

Travelling with a 2 year old and being seated at the last row right by the toilet was the worst experience I had in a long time. Please do better for other parents

So Iceland Air is one step above Spirit Airlines. They do not feed you unless you pay for it or are in Saga Class. So, bring your food. They have a drink service, but it's in a large Dixie cup. Ask for the can, that is the only way you'll get a real drink. Also, we missed our connecting flight so they put us up in a flea-bag motel. Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice and friendly, however, there was no shower gel or shampoo in the hotel. We have to go to the corner store to pick some up. The room was not in great shape. Holes in the bathroom, a badly repaired ceiling in the room. The window was warn out. So, you get the just of how bad it was.

on plane service was excellent - we flew business class. And everything ran on schedule - always a good thing. However, the transfer is Reykyavik - both going and coming - was really crowded and confusing. It's tough enough when you're tired from a long flight - but then to push through heavy crowds to get on to a shuttle bus seems like they don't have the facilities to support the numbers.
