It was a really good experience. Food, snacks, and beverages were good. Flight entertainment was also a good one.
They lost my bag and I still haven’t received it yet

It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.
Wasted a lot of time trying to find the CDG lounge - it was not next to the connecting flight gate like the Air France staff said.
My wife and I had a row to ourselves after moving seats. There were no TVs and you had to buy food. So we did nothing but had a quick nap. Flight was fine.
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology
My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.
Please serve no god if you must serve dog food
The counter person at the gate was rude and demeaning, to the point that I wouldn't fly this airline again.
In Barcelona had to descend from the aircraft down the steps with heavy bags, and then get on a crowded bus to the terminal
Not the greatest. The staff was unpleasant and we had delays. The boarding was done out of order.

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
Boarding was conducted in a confusing manner as no boarding group was displayed on my boarding pass and group calls were inaudible. Flight was delayed due to oil issues and loading issues. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for bags at baggage claim.
United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.
There was a little turbulence taking off and landing but mostly it was too late for me to make my connecting flight to Greensboro. Everything else was excellent.
For my wife to be seated with our two children they put them in the last row on the plane where the seats don’t recline very much. The seats in front of them reclined fully which is basically in the lap of the last row which made it difficult to eat, move or watch the entertainment provided.
The seats were very nice in premium economy. The service was good. The flight was slightly bumpy. Would have appreciated more updates from the pilots.
