Highlights were the food and wonderful staff. Airplanes were exceptionally clean.
The flight was full. The young man in the seat in front of me had reclined and I asked him to put the seat up just a bit because it was encroaching my space quite a lot. Turned out he couldn't because the mechanism was broken. The choice was all the way up or all the way down, no in-between.
My experience with a GNA was extremely poor. My original flight was canceled. They put me on another flight. Four hours later. They changed my seat number to the last row where I had no room at all and it cost me $120 for luggage. Additionally, I missed my ferry in Paris Athens. I had to rebook my ferry and I could not get a refund so by them canceling the trip for four hours it caused me no ferry to go to Betsy. I had to find a room that night. The only one I could find was at the Hyatt grand in Athens And I lost a night. Stay at Betsy that I had already prepaid so no my experience was awful. Additionally, they never said on any intercom that Greece was one hour ahead of Paris so that was a problem. We had no idea and when it was never communicated to us
When a flight has a delay of about an hour it is customary to announce the passengers
Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.
Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!
The airline provided exceptional service, particularly the counter personnel. The aircraft's seating arrangement offered ample legroom and comfort, exceeding expectations for standard economy class.
The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

Flight changed and cancelled several times over the months in advance that I booked it. However, actual flight went well, no delays, spacious seats. Had some landing issues but otherwise, fine. Also loved that they don’t check weight of luggage!
Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.
Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.

The plane was too hot inside. There was no entertainment and we had to sit on the plane for one hour before takeoff. There was no free wifi.
The crew were outstandingly kind and cheerful. We carried our cat and they offered help.

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again
The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.
There is no usb for charging the phone you should provide the water
Pegasus is a clean safe and most importantly CHEAP way to travel. If you travel a lot on a budget, it can be a great option
Didn't enforce passengers to wear medical grade masks nor that they even properly wear their masks throughout the flight. So it was lots of people of unknown vaccination status all around me without masks on the whole flight.
