I’ve never heard of discover airlines but will definitely be on the lookout for future flights. Everything about the trip was perfect. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The only critique; there was a delay and gate change and this fact was NOT well published! My eTicket was NEVER updated with the new flight details. We ran the whole way from our connecting flight only to find that our flight was delayed. Very frustrating. Additionally, there was NO announcement regarding the root cause of the delay. The uncertainty about the cause of the delay contributes to the overall frustration. One other small matter onboard; one of the toilets was unavailable (or perhaps malfunctioning) and NO explanation was given nor was any workaround explained. It would have been less frustrating if they announced why the toilet was lock and explained the alternatives in detail. That way the foot traffic congestion could have been minimized.
Basically a low cost airline, with very small seats, mediocre food and staff not particularly nice. Not a pleasant flight
Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.
We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.
the snack at the end was an improvement of previous flights of a year ago . crew were responsive and gave good service

The flight was clean, boarded on time, provided priority boarding since I checked in my carry on. The food was ok, it could have been better. The worst experience was one of the flight attendant talking rudely to the passengers sitting in the seat in front of me. Those passengers spoke broken English and might not have had enough experience flying, but that is no ground for any disrespect. It is the attendant’s job to be respectful to all passengers, of course if someone misbehaves with them. I don’t think this couple misbehaved with anyone on the flight.
The advance business class boarding got us onto the bus to the plane slightly ahead of the economy class but all of us scrambled to climb the stairs onto the plane together. Business class on this flight consisted of only an empty seat between three seats economy style seats. Good thing it was a short 1hr 20 min flight.
I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!
The crew and food were very good. The plane was dirty..
Great experience. Crew were great. Boarding was smooth. Would request some Christian Worship for the entertainment.
The pillow are always a little less than desired in terms of comfort. Really need to bring my own “neck ring” pillow for international flights. People should also be instructed to leave the window covers closed once in the air and until 30 minutes before landing.
First time customer, like your airline very much would fly with you again.
We waited in the jetway for over an hour before we got on the plane.
Like I said the experience was mediocre. Nothing special about this airline.
Need to pay for headsets, water, or any extra except air to breath.
They should at least offer water like other airlines, which seems like a humanitarian gesture to me
The insanely long lines at customs were chaotic and stressful. They also created a lot of stress among passengers. Including fights and threats. The hot food I purchased was cold, barely edible. The check in staff and crew were nice and the pilot good but the overall experience was very disappointing. Passengers were still insulting each other upon arrival.
It was just okay. They overcharged me for a checked bag because I didn’t know it wasn’t included in the airfare.
Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .
Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.
Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making
Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.
Water in bottle and a piece of chocolate were given. We did have movies to watch.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
Wish the plane actually landed at a gate instead of on the tarmac and have the passengers board very slow buses.
The jet is quiet but the food is uneatable and the new seats are horrible .One cannot find comfort on them. When do airlines learn that there is a better service for your clients. Go to a flying wing design save fuel offer a human seat where your arm does not interfere with your neighbor . Provide food that tastes good and offer free drinks

Nice flight over the alps with spectacular views. Rome airport has good signage including on how to get into the city on the Leonardo express.
Very nice flight very quick staff were really good. They speaking to me in German a lot when I’m English again if you’re the taller person I would pay extra for the legroom more comfortable.
Upgraded to premium economy at the gate. Well worth it!
