452€ Find Cheap Flights from Frankfurt Airport to Bolivia – Compare and Save

Dear Air Europa Baggage Claims Department, I am writing regarding my baggage claim, reference number JFKUX13455. My baggage was delayed and was delivered to me later than expected. When I received my suitcase, I discovered that the suitcase itself had been significantly damaged. Unfortunately, when I opened my suitcase, I also discovered that many of my personal belongings were missing from inside the suitcase. Several items that I had packed before my journey were no longer there. In addition, three cartons of cigarettes that were packed inside my suitcase were also missing. The missing personal belongings include the following items: - Prada sunglasses — $450 - Ray-Ban sunglasses — $300 - Dolce & Gabbana perfume — $185 - Three newly purchased clothing items from Turkey — $200 - Two pairs of slippers — $280 - Coach handbag — $395 - Newly purchased suitcase — $75 Total value of the listed items: $1,885 The suitcase itself was newly purchased, and I have the original receipt showing the purchase price of $75. I also have purchase records and credit card transaction records for several of the missing items. The three cartons of cigarettes were also packed inside the suitcase and were missing when I received my baggage. I have photographs of the damaged suitcase and supporting documentation regarding my purchases. At the moment, I am unable to upload all of the photographs and documents, but I can provide them as soon as I am able to do so. I respectfully request that Air Europa consider the delay of my baggage, the damage to my suitcase, and the missing personal belongings and other items from inside my suitcase as part of my claim. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation from me. I am prepared to provide receipts, purchase records, photographs, and any other supporting evidence necessary to process my claim. Thank you for your attention to this matter. No WiFi on the plane. Crew was insensitive to my medical supplies and medicine in my carry on. If the crew was monitoring passengers putting 2 bags in overhead bins there would be room. We sat for 2 hours extra. Iberojet is horrible never again.

Food situation was bad. Also movie choices when compared to other airlines was terrible. Seats very narrow. My tv didn’t work.

Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.

12 hours flight. Only one meal, not enough food. At the galley only water during the flight. Lavatories not clean. Headsets at extra cost.

Need to pay for a cup of water. No food. Need to pay for headsets.

They didn't even give us water, everything was sold

They gave me an upgrade but charged me for my bag. I felt abused because this had never happened to me before with an upgrade with another airline.

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

I like the crew who were very helpful in ensuring documents were in order and problems resolver in a timely manner. However I did not like the fact that I had to have my checked bag inspected.I was concerned I would have missed my flight. I was also trying to check in online only to realise that was not possible.

Pros: we leave and arrive on time Cons: the most uncomfortable seats ever. You cant recline at all your seats. No entertainment No TVs flight attendants didn't provide even a glass of water. You have to go to back of the airplane and ask for one. I am Colombian and I remember seeing the flight attendants very neat, elegants which is or was a staple of Avianca.it was one with tennis shoes, no male up, the hair was messy... that was really odd.

Horrible experience. Flight cancelled. Arrived at destination 12 hs later. No one gave us an answer or any information. Very very poor service. We won’t ever travel again with Avianca

Terrible, We had to stay in Bogota for two days due to weather but the airline did not provide for the same day flight. Only two days later

They charged me $120 to check one bag and then charged me another $120 for a carryon. Ridiculous!

Terrible. Flight was delayed without explanation, airplane was in poor condition (old, dirty) and crew was not in a good mood.

GOL made the flight experience a true delight. Everything was smooth, from the check in process, to the disembarking moment.

Delay almost an hour which meant when we got to Guatemala there where 3 flights at the same time, you can imagine the caos in customs, avianca doesn’t care about passengers or schedules
