I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
The temperature on the flight was unbearably hot and they were unable to serve waters and did t make any adjustments. This impacted us both when leaving, we pushed away from the gate but didn’t taxi for takeoff for awhile then arrived ‘early’ yet were stuck in the plane for longer than we should have been.
Terrible - the flight was delayed taking off after boarding. Then the flight circled lga before landing. Significant delay
I booked a round trip with Delta, and each of the four segments was sold off to three other airlines. All four were late or cancelled, so I had to troubleshoot with three different airlines, NOT Delta. In fact, even though I had paid money to Delta, they could not help or troubleshoot anything. Not nice.
The crew performed the absolute minimum. The plane ran out of toilet paper and there was 2 hours of flight left of an 8 hours international flight. The food was a average
The actual flight was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected which was great. The flight attendants gave unclear instructions and were rude. They seemed overwhelmed or flustered for the flight. Inflight service was delayed and unsure why.
Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.
The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
Original flight was delayed, then cancelled and the gate staff did not expedite rebooking. Also, no instructions were given that a ticket number was needed before being called to facilitate rebooking. This could have been much more organized.
My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.
There was a little turbulence taking off and landing but mostly it was too late for me to make my connecting flight to Greensboro. Everything else was excellent.
The seats were very nice in premium economy. The service was good. The flight was slightly bumpy. Would have appreciated more updates from the pilots.
The economy seat was much less comfortable for an international flight in terms of recline and moving space when food tray is expanded. Per entertainment, it would be amazing if I could connect my Bluetooth headset or ear phones to the entertainment screen. Or provide in-flight wifi to connect directly from my own device.
Meals were poor and service rendered on return flight was mediocre as compared to the flight we took to Germany earlier where the attendants were more attentive, energetic, and mindful of passengers' needs. Thumbs up to crew of UA 58. Thumbs down to UA 59..
The crew was generally professional. Though one of the crew members seemed to be easily annoyed, the others were fine and helpful. The green olives and almonds snack was really good. A great idea, and nice balance of tastes.
Would've been great if Lufthansa union cockpit pilots didn't strike for 2 days and caused a chaos to my returning plans to USA, and then after rebooking a flight 2 days later tge plane departed 35 min later. So I did not have a good experience.
It was okay, the food was good, but after the landing there was not enough time for luggage and security to catch a connection. It was crowded on board.
That was the last time I booked Kayak. The connecting flight got canceled and the trouble shooting terrible. Next times, I will book the airlines directly. Good bye
I want to highlight the crew members and their excellent work and professionalism. They work hard to make a long trip the most comfortable as possible, the food and drinks they offer are pretty good. And they are always asking if you need something else. I have had experiences with other airlines where you have to basically beg for a bottle of water. This is not the case. Highly recommended!!!
Way too crampled. Charge more and put in less seats.

This was the worst flight of my life. Economy seat directly behind a premium economy seat with extra recline meant I have about 6 inches between my face and their chair. My seat would not recline at all. I couldn't even use my laptop on the tray table because I had so little room. I was in a casket basically for 10 hours. Completely unacceptable.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
The legroom was lacking and the entertainment system lacked adequate selection of older films. Modern films are generally not very good.
