I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.
At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
First of all we couldn’t check in online, then we learn at the airport we were on stand by for KLM’s mistake of overbooking. The seats were not comfy at all. Our luggage got lost.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Transavia flight, was booked as KLM but i couldnt select seat or access boarding pass with KLM at all. Crammed seating and very no frills experience all around. First and last time.
The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok

It was an old airline with the old configuration of business class seats. Not really what we signed up for for the longest leg of the trip. Disappointing.
The flight was delayed both legs of the journey. The seats were cramped.

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.
In general terms the service was excellent. I would ask that they add more content in Spanish to the catalog of movies, series and music.
they were much nicer on this flight. however, my baggage was delayed by one day, and one of my suitcases arrived broken.
Flight from London was delayed so missed the connecting flight. Taking 2 days to get to destination which should have only taken a few hours.
Actually this is my first time using airline I was in every single thing that happened throughout our journey, the appearance of the plane inside furnished about the seating the flight attendants and many many more I was so excited throughout thank you Brussels Airlines for the great service.
Crew was enthusiastic. Meal was surprisingly good. They came to give water very frequently. Negative that the seat reclining didn't work
How can a national carrier and part of Lufthansa group not even provide complimentary water and a snack in such a long flight ?
The flight went well, only during the flight from Brussels to Vilnius I would have liked if they had at least given us plain water to drink.
The boarding process would have been better. When people are flying internationally and the airline is a member of Star Alliance they cannot have different rules for carryon baggage. Brussels Airlines made us adjust the weight of our carryons based on their rules even though we were flying international and our next flight was with United which does not have weight restrictions for carryons. That was just ridiculous.
The crew and the flight were excellent, the food might be better!
This was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. I came to Europe for a 2 week trip and the airline was probably the most disorganized airline I’ve ever seen in my life. They lost my luggage. I had tracking on it for just such an occasion and told them EXACTLY where it was in the terminal and they somehow failed to get it out on the flight that night, since we were leaving for Switzerland the next day there was no way they would get it to our hotel in time. Seriously, take another airline at any cost. It’s not worth whatever you pay…you’ll end up paying a lot more in the end. My medication is in the bag and I can’t get to it and don’t know how I will get it.
I missed my connecting flight due to long lines at security and immigration. Need improvements
Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.
Water in bottle and a piece of chocolate were given. We did have movies to watch.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!

There is nothing Royal about Royal Air Maroc. Old planes, poor service, no entertainment and everyone of my 4 flights was late.
My luggage did not arrive yet, it been 4 days without any information
They had everyone line up for boarding and then made us stand there for 30 minutes
The food was disappointing, and the airplane appeared old, with torn seats. Royal Air Maroc could definitely do better.
There was a technical problem with the aircraft after we boarded and we had to leave the plane and wait for two hours where we couldn’t talk to anyone. I had a connection in Toronto to Vancouver I obviously missed it. Arriving to Vancouver the flight was canceled and I wasn’t offered any another flights. I had to book one on my own charges to get back home. Also at Casablanca check in. They said our luggage will go to final destination and they did not!
Educate your crew members they need to understand what their job is and customers service and be human.
Pretty good flights! If they can let y u s know regarding delays by announcing it in the PA system it would be a good business practice!
I thought it was great because the seats were really comfortable for the long flight. The food was just ok, and could have been a bit better.
