Flight was cancelled months ago but we were not notified. Ended up in the last row next to the bathroom
Flight was delayed an hour and a half, bags took almost 40 minutes to come out. Flight staff is not welcoming. Lounge food selection is comical. For business class my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me. Airline needs a lot of work
I thought it was good. There's not much you can do for a short flight for entertainment and the comfort was nice.
We had delayed flight (as usual for Dublin airport!!) for around an hour but the biggest surprise was the seats!! So tight with so tiny leg space. I could barely fit into it. Huge disappointment comparing with other airlines (even Ryanair). Complimentary water and crackers was nice touch but not be able to buy warm food like everywhere else is a joke. Also, on board prices are extortionate (even Ryanair is cheaper. Small can of coke is 4.5 euro!!)I remember times when it was actually lovely to fly with CA. I guess those times are long gone now.
It was great for a short flight - but due to turbulence no service, and there is no entertainment Appreciated leaving and arriving on time!
Check in terminal not working and the bag fell back on me and tore the skin on my arm

Everything was smooth. Staff was great. No delays. Truly wonderful and seamless
Flight was a code share of Lufthansa. Check-in, baggage drop, and flight was all with Lufthansa. Other than the flight being 30 min. delayed, it was pretty much a standard Lufthansa flight. They only offer a free water and chocolate; all other drinks and food are a la carte.
Never made it on Thai plane due to all the other planes being late
It was a third party reservation and from kayak through kiwi for wizard flight.. so communication impossible, i forced to spend agonizing hours trying not to lose my self transfer flight. Thankfully wizz employees gave some help but it was so frustrating 😑

Low-cost airline. Airbus A-320 and 321 series are not comfortable on flights taking more than 3 hours. Seats are uncomfortable. Very limited foot space, especially when having a bag under the seat in front of you.
Two of our boarding details were missing and they wanted to charge us 84 pounds for that, although it was totally their fault
They boarded us despite knowing we wouldn’t be taking off for another hour and boarded us into a plane who’s air conditioning was not working properly. So we were sat in a hot plane for an hour with no access to the bathroom getting hotter and hotter. A little bit of communication between the teams would have avoided this.
After adding baggage costs, and considering the necessity to re-checkin at each stop, and the €50 I was tricked out of for the ridiculous 3 hour min check in, I’ll never fly this very hungry Hungarian airline again!
All in all is not bad, but the boarding by walking outside in the airport airplanes area in the wind and rain to go up the stairs to board the plane that’s too much inconvenient. Hopefully that will change and we use the normal gates at the airport to board the plane! Thank you!

This was the worst flight of my life. Economy seat directly behind a premium economy seat with extra recline meant I have about 6 inches between my face and their chair. My seat would not recline at all. I couldn't even use my laptop on the tray table because I had so little room. I was in a casket basically for 10 hours. Completely unacceptable.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.
Water in bottle and a piece of chocolate were given. We did have movies to watch.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

Basic, 737 Boeing, business class is just an economy class seat with blocked middle seat (European standard).
Entertainment is nonexistent. Food might have been good, however due to language barriers I didn’t get to have any food. Flat bed seats and layout was excellent. Crew efficient and straightforward, but lacking any western style approach. Not that I’d expect anything else, but one could have hoped.
Flight took very long to even get checked in for, everything was late and written out by hand. My luggage was lost for several days and it was the most unorganized flight experience of my life.
I paid for luggage when I bought the ticket but I could not board until I paid for luggage again. The fault lays at the feet of eDreams, the company that booked our flight. Sorry, Air Serbia, but it did affect the boarding process.
They had lost my ticket and despite showing them the confirmation email with the itinerary and receipt of payment for the flight they could not put me on that flight and rescheduled departure postponing it by a whole week
Kraljevo is very convenient airport. It's brand new, small.and efficient. Great job!
Lacking online check in, had to wait an hour in order to check in on the counter even without language.
Seats are very small and uncomfortable so such a long flight. My tray table was broken and taped up. Flight attendant untaped it to put my tray on. I taped it back up when done. The armrest between seats was broken and metal exposed. I will not book Air Serbia again.
Our flight was delayed from 1st July to 2nd July. But I wasnt informed! Checked my emails,every detail but I was definitely not informed! I and my family went to the airport on 1st July and learned that rhe flight is delayed to 2nd July at the airport! I am going to complain about this. I had to stay ın Kraljevo one more night. Luckily we could find a room. What ıf We couldn't?
To be honest, it was a fair flight, nothing more, nothing less. Since the route is short, I can accept poor in-flight service. The Belgrade airport is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction, which may result in some minor disruptions, but progress is expected to be made within the foreseeable future.
