Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…

It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.
My wife and I had a row to ourselves after moving seats. There were no TVs and you had to buy food. So we did nothing but had a quick nap. Flight was fine.
The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!
Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.
Please serve no god if you must serve dog food
I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€

Plane was delayed, reading the gates on their screens was horrible. They posted it a half an hour before the plane boarded. By the time I got there with my premier boarding they have filled the plane because it was over booked. Gate closed at 12:03 I was there at 11:54 plane took over around 12:20. I was told they would put me on the next flight. I had to go to TAP information desk. They didn’t give me a voucher they just said they would put me on the next flight. At the desk I was told I had to punches a ticket. The woman said buy it online because it’s cheaper. It in fact was not cheaper. But I had gotten out of the long line that formed so I paid 200$ for a new ticket. At a later flight, not the next flight. I had checked my bag and was told it would be on my new flight. I was then bumped to an earlier flight and was told my bag would also be on my flight. After landing in Madrid loosing a day in my hotel i landed without my bag. They didn’t load it on any flight that day. It arrived in madrid the next day. Essentially ruining the first two days of my vacation. I’m now seeking compensation.
The person at the checkin was very helpful. We couldn’t check in through the keyosk, but the agent was very helpful.
Everything went as expected. Luggage arrived at my same destination and nothing disturbed my vacation.
Our steward Margarida who served us from Lisbon to Boston was absolutely fantastic! She deserves a raise. Conscientious and thorough as well as showing appropriate attention for every need.
Flight being delayed for 35 minutes had me lose the connection to my transport
Our flight was delayed an hour and take-off was also delayed. Then our luggage was misplaced upon arrival causing a lot of stress snd more delays. We arrived at the hotel almost 5 hours later than anticipated and had to cancel our plans for the day. Overall a very bad experience. We will not travel with Portugalia in the future.

Delayed takeoff was inconvenient. We should have boardrd later. Coffee/ beverage service on a 7:30 flight would have been good.
I have been flying internationally for most of like. My first trip with TAP- wonderful! I look forward to flying with them more frequently in the future!
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again
Delayed. Mismanagement of gate lines. Passengers arguing with eachother as a result of lack of organization by airline. Avoid this airline.
Because the plane was delayed from Madrid to LAX, we missed our connecting flight to Malaga. Iberia offered to book us a hotel room but I needed to be in Malaga that evening. I ended up buying train tickets to Malaga from Madrid. I also feel Iberia should compensate me for the cost of the train tickets because they didn't meet their travel obligation.
This is where i leave an airline review. Test test test!
business class food was pretty average otherwise it was a good experience

Never made this flight it was unconfirmed by Iberia according to American Airlines This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
Food and entertainment were not available, so my rating on those items isn't actually correct. There should be a "Not relevant" or "Didn't use it" option.
Waiting outside for a long time is not really necessary
I couldn’t understand the aircraft tannoy announcements I was in seat 20C - nobody in our row could either. Speakers a bit too quiet plus messages read out too fast. Otherwise excellent flight. (Flight delayed by 50 mins)
I bought my flight, insurance etc early and paid over £200. But had i waited until closer the time the price was much cheaper, i appreciate that it could've been more expensive but it wasn't. A better discount for booking early would be better than your current one
Miserable staff did not want to be there. Very poor atmosphere boarding. Then just basic flight.

50 minute of delay on a flight scheduled after 22pm is really annoying. This was even the only flight departing from Frankfurt Hahn on that evening so the delay was inexcusable

Unfortunately didn't realise how far away Frankfurt Hahn airport is from Frankfurt the city. Outbound flight was delayed by 2.5 hours and no communication at airport, just a whisper emknating through the packed crowd ready to board at the gate as someone read out an email they had received. All rather poor and pathetic
Booked through you used Kiwi who did not complete checking in until 24 hrs before departure when the check in was available 48 hrs before hence we sat separately. I will not be using you again.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Catastrophic experience the gate selected customers were picked up to.pay 70 eur for overweight 1-2 kg. While some others were let to board without chcking their carry on bags. Unecessaey drama by Lufthansa that brings nothing just hating them by customers.
The real bathroom smelled horrible and it smelled in the real of the plane..
The staff are extremely rude maybe even racist, I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never fly with Lufthansa Mor Discovery Airlines again.

Another excellent flight and overall experience with Lufthansa. Short flight in a serene atmosphere. Slept throughout the flight. Thank you to the very nice crew.
Shorter flight but no food or entertainment. Flight was packed and no room to store carry on baggage.
We connected to this flight very late, in fact at departure time. We were last to board. The crew was very empathetic and welcoming. The plane was impeccable. We flew economy, so it was a bit cramped. We were served a snack that was more than expected these days. All in all a good experience.
