Horrible. We arrived at 5:30 a.m. to check in our bags and go through security to fly out at 8:10 a.m. Upon waiting for 45 minutes in line to check our bags, we got to the counter and were told that we may not be able to be on the flight (it was not over sold but over weight?!). For whatever reason we were told to step aside and wait until one hour before departure and that someone would let us know if we’d have the privilege of getting on the flight we paid for. As an hour passed, we got back in line and hoped for good news. After getting back to a counter representative, the initial employee we spoke to abruptly interrupted the conversation and in a frustrated/annoyed tone demanded we go back to the area off to the side. I mean, I get that they’re inundated with passengers of all types and are under a lot of stress themselves, but getting reprimanded like a child to be put in time out for my blood boiling. How were we supposed to know anything when we weren’t given any details. As the clock ticked away, the time to depart was fast approaching when an Air Dolomiti informed us that we would not be able to fly. In fact, they would have to rebook us and find us alternatives. Long story short… we ended up being told our only option was to take a bus from Florence to Milan and a plane from Milan to Munich. Our trip, which should have been us arriving at 5:30 a.m. and landing in Munich at 9:30 a.m. turned into an ordeal of waiting… waiting… taking a near 4 hour bus… waiting… an hour flight… and landing in Munich (our original destination) at 10:30 p.m. Lastly, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that we were told that we’d receive a $500 euro compensation on the card that they supposedly scanned in front of me… which NEVER posted. If I can avoid it, I will never fly Air Dolomiti again. *Air StoleMyTimeAndMoney* *AirWeDontCare* *AirYouDontHaveAChoiceSoYouGetWhatYouGet*
It was a short flight so all amenities were appropriate for the length of the flight.
It was about what I expected for a short haul. We were given a biscuit and water. But the people were very committed to service!!! Pilots were top notch 👌

On board service was very good. Airport service in Frankfurt was chaotic.
The Verona airport is 70 years behind the times. Boarding takes forever. First, you line up at the gate, then you go outside and wait at a barrier, after a long while a bus comes and boarding it is random, then you arrive at the plane and climb quite a few steps to board, again in no particular order.
You lost my luggage. You delayed my flight 1 hour. We didn't arrive in time and missed events we scheduled because we had to sit in the airport for 2 hours to file a claim
very bad The bus does not have AC and the windows do not open either. Airplane seats are very hard, very uncomfortable.
The flight was delayed by over an hour which seriously disrupted my plans in Milan.
They lost my luggage. They don’t even know what happened to it at this point. They think it’s still in the departure city.
It was good; the only down side is that once you get to the airport everything is self service, there is no one assisting. I felt like I was working while I was on vacation during the check in process and dropping off the luggage. Really uncertain on what the airlines use payroll nowadays.
We were bumped despite seats existing on flight While checkin attendants were helpful Easyjet management was not. Only after threats were we allowed on plane at last minute. The online help desk was useless and waste of time (over an hour of useless chats)
Nice to fly out of Orly smaller easier to navigate airport. Being able to receive boarding pass well in advance of trip was comforting to know all travel was in order.
sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
They cancelled my flight and we had to fend for ourselves to reschedule another flight. There was no staff to help all the canceled guest. Poor communication and staff. I attempted to reschedule via Kayak and I asked their staff that it looked as it was available. The guy behind the counter just told us to go online..
Nothing! The service was excellent for accessibly challenged passengers, Used lift and all support personnel very helpful. Will fly again.

Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.
Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
Boarding was one hour late. Gate notification was incorrect (notification said gate 17, actual was gate 14). Took shuttle bus to board the plane. Late arrival of plane at Turin impacted travel arrangements to the event.
Flight boarding was delayed. Old, low capacity overhead bins requiring many to gate check their carry-on luggage. Beverages other than water were at a charge.
Flight was cancelled and I didn’t arrive until 11 hours after I was scheduled to.
Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.
You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.
Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt
