Cabin crew were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful to me and my twins and family. Great crew!!!
Highlights were the food and wonderful staff. Airplanes were exceptionally clean.
The flight was full. The young man in the seat in front of me had reclined and I asked him to put the seat up just a bit because it was encroaching my space quite a lot. Turned out he couldn't because the mechanism was broken. The choice was all the way up or all the way down, no in-between.
Was grateful that this flight was held for us as we were late from our prior flight.
they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.
Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!
Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late
More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff
Our flight was canceled after we paid in full and began making further plans. we were refunded only around75% of what we paid! I strongly recommend against ordering Aegaen Airlines!

Boarding was slow. The AC on the plane was low and it was hot - I asked to bump it. I don't think they did it. The movie selection is not good. Newer and better movies should be added
Security interview by El Al staff at NYC was deeply unpleasant. Apart from that everything was good.
Extremely expensive airlines! Very tights leg room although I was upgrading my seats. Flights attendants hit you when they walk by due to very narrow gap. Food was bad. Cold AC, they did not agree to change it. Wi-Fi did not work. Do yourself a favor and avoid ElAl!
The entertainment was mostly Israeli movies and tv shows. Food was good though. Flight was incredibly full with very religious Orthodox Jews. Maybe they had a convention.
We got upgrade to premium It’s another way and feeling flying premium then economy…
Clearly an inexperienced cabin crew. Boarding took much longer than usual. Food took much longer to be distributed than usual.
Underpricer was a nightmare to deal with they would not help us and blamed the airline and the airline said underpricer just lies. So no we were not happy! The crew on the plane was wonderful.
Your crew was amazing! Friendly, and let my husband and I have a meal in back with them, because a boy got sick behind us and they took some time to clean him and our space up. Fantastic job we were both impressed.

There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.
Water in bottle and a piece of chocolate were given. We did have movies to watch.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
Very poor. The boarding was nightmare, We were stuck in line for almost an hour with no updates. The flight left 40 minutes late with NO information why. The entertainment system did not work and the seats in the back were not working properly (reclining)
Stews were nice. Plane was very old. Some of the mechanics for travelers outdated. Not enough bathrooms. Hideous food.
Flight was canceled. Rebooked on Lufthansa Also Canceled. Had to pay 3000 more per person and fly Alaska to EWR and fly emirates to Athens.
At least it was a direct flight, however the boarding process was a nightmare. 2+ hours in line to check my bag. Then told it was overbooked and I have to go standby even though I bought my ticket months ago. Then sent to another line to get on standby - another long wait and finally started yelling that my flight was boarding. They sent me somewhere else. In the end I did make the flight - among the last group to board, even though I arrived 4 hours early at the airport. Worst check in process I've ever experienced in 50 years off flying.
Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.

The flight was delayed 3 hours while we were on the plane. We returned back to the gate before departure and waited for 2 hours before finally leaving. Little updates during the process and no explanation. Plane kept turning off and on and it got very hot at times.
The airline did a fine job with flying. However, being kept "in the dark" after a request to close all blinds for 6 of the 9 hour flight in a daylight flight was not good. I also got stuck in the lavatory with a sticky door lock. Fortunately a fellow passenger got me out!
We made the boarding and then waited inside 40minutes before taking off The plane was too full It was probably the worst flight of my life in terms of comfort. I was in the central seat, and on my right i had a very big person who was occupying part of my seat since he did not fit in just one. I think in these cases the staff should notice and do something about it. I checked if there were available seats by myself, but it was all full. Maybe in business class there were still available seats though.
Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
Wish the plane actually landed at a gate instead of on the tarmac and have the passengers board very slow buses.
The jet is quiet but the food is uneatable and the new seats are horrible .One cannot find comfort on them. When do airlines learn that there is a better service for your clients. Go to a flying wing design save fuel offer a human seat where your arm does not interfere with your neighbor . Provide food that tastes good and offer free drinks
Horrible. Another delayed flight. So cramped! Poor food. So many unnecessary announcements.
Nice flight over the alps with spectacular views. Rome airport has good signage including on how to get into the city on the Leonardo express.
Very nice flight very quick staff were really good. They speaking to me in German a lot when I’m English again if you’re the taller person I would pay extra for the legroom more comfortable.
One of the female flight attendants had an attitude. The snack toward the end was pretty bad. My husband and I were both sick the next two days.
