Crew was great, service was good, flight went well. Originally, the flight was advertised with WiFi… including during check in… and nada.
Aegan Airlines compensates for its outdated business-class seats with excellent food and onboard crew service. Launge was also excellent.
For a business class, it barely met the standards of a basic economy on most carriers. The seat would barely recline; no pillow or blanket unless you ask a crew member; no leg rest (at least in the 1st row). The crew was friendly and attentive, except for one male crew member who was very inconsiderate toward many business passengers who were already sleeping or trying to sleep, slamming the doors of the kitchen compartments. He did so twice till another passenger complained to him. Overall, business class is an economy experience except for the food.
Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.

The flight was excellent but the onboard WiFi wasn’t working.
The flight was full. The young man in the seat in front of me had reclined and I asked him to put the seat up just a bit because it was encroaching my space quite a lot. Turned out he couldn't because the mechanism was broken. The choice was all the way up or all the way down, no in-between.
The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.
Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!

I’ve never heard of discover airlines but will definitely be on the lookout for future flights. Everything about the trip was perfect. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The only critique; there was a delay and gate change and this fact was NOT well published! My eTicket was NEVER updated with the new flight details. We ran the whole way from our connecting flight only to find that our flight was delayed. Very frustrating. Additionally, there was NO announcement regarding the root cause of the delay. The uncertainty about the cause of the delay contributes to the overall frustration. One other small matter onboard; one of the toilets was unavailable (or perhaps malfunctioning) and NO explanation was given nor was any workaround explained. It would have been less frustrating if they announced why the toilet was lock and explained the alternatives in detail. That way the foot traffic congestion could have been minimized.
Basically a low cost airline, with very small seats, mediocre food and staff not particularly nice. Not a pleasant flight
Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.
We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.
Food and entertainment were not available, so my rating on those items isn't actually correct. There should be a "Not relevant" or "Didn't use it" option.
We had a delay. That made me feel anxious because I arrived out of time
On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.
Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.
Very good, staff seemed to check random cabin bags for size pre boarding.
Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?
50 minute of delay on a flight scheduled after 22pm is really annoying. This was even the only flight departing from Frankfurt Hahn on that evening so the delay was inexcusable

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.
Unfortunately didn't realise how far away Frankfurt Hahn airport is from Frankfurt the city. Outbound flight was delayed by 2.5 hours and no communication at airport, just a whisper emknating through the packed crowd ready to board at the gate as someone read out an email they had received. All rather poor and pathetic

Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.
Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.
No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.
Would not accommodate my request to bring my my jacket I left on the plane.

Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
Wish the plane actually landed at a gate instead of on the tarmac and have the passengers board very slow buses.
The jet is quiet but the food is uneatable and the new seats are horrible .One cannot find comfort on them. When do airlines learn that there is a better service for your clients. Go to a flying wing design save fuel offer a human seat where your arm does not interfere with your neighbor . Provide food that tastes good and offer free drinks

Nice flight over the alps with spectacular views. Rome airport has good signage including on how to get into the city on the Leonardo express.
Very nice flight very quick staff were really good. They speaking to me in German a lot when I’m English again if you’re the taller person I would pay extra for the legroom more comfortable.
One of the female flight attendants had an attitude. The snack toward the end was pretty bad. My husband and I were both sick the next two days.
