Food was bad, and they used plastic for everything. For the amount we spent, it felt cheap and as if they were doing us a favor. They need to focus on true user delight, like other airlines such as Emirates, Cathay Pacific, and KLM do, and go above and beyond in terms of cabin facilities and passenger amenities (Earbuds, pillows, blankets were just cheap and completely useless)

I was rescheduled when I missed my flight due to border clearance issue

We upgraded to business class. First time on Air Canada business class and they ran out of the better prawn dinner and we got chicken. Beds not as good as on Quantas

Terrible customer service at gate in Frankfurt. We were promised a shuttle to connecting flight and a wheelchair at the gate. Neither happened. Gate agent told us to go away to the service center. Zero help. Rude.

Personnel was very polite! Food from Frankfurt to Vancouver was very good!

lufthansa flights are consistently fully booked and they strongly discourage carry-on luggage, making many passengers gate check

The flight had to return due to maintenance issues and then was cancelled

Flight was in business class on an older Lufthansa 747. Business class seats definitely old style. Flight attendants were a little curt but attentive. Movie choices did not include anything that would be considered new releases.

Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.

It’s got the tightest seats of any airline - my knees were smashed for 3 hours - absolutely awful.

Flight LIN MAD. Checkin was fine (but I must admit that being a Platinum member I skip the lines). Security was fine (they have the new machines where you need not take laptops or liquids out). Longe was OK (BA). Boarding was a mess, the boarding gate personnel were rude and some should simply not be in a customer facing position. Flight in itself was fine, usual Iberia European coach. We were on time and actually time to deliver luggage was better than normal for Barajas

A friendlier and more helpful crew would have been much better.

Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country

Iberia subcontracted the flight out to Level (?). I would never fly Iberia/Level ever again. Old planes with no tv’s or wifi. Barely edible food. Small seats. 10/10 don’t recommend.

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

As compared to our beginning flight to Madrid this flight was light years better in every category! Highlights were the top notch crew, service and food. Our first experience with Iberia was at two opposite sides of the spectrum. Thank you for an excellent return flight to Chicago - O Hare!!

- Plane wa 4 hours late - Staff were nowhere to be seen on the entire trip - Passengers kept cutting across exit row to use the bathroom. Staff refused to help. I Constantly had people stepping on my feet and waking me up. (I have a foot injury and this was extremely painful)

This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
