The flight was delayed for an hour an half the for 30 mins more then for another hour and 10 mins, total of more than 3 hours delay.
Cheapflights did not forward the payment for seat assignments, and my partner and I were separated and given center (B and E) seats. Will be requesting a refund.
Connecting in Frankfurt was a nightmare! Whoever scheduled our connection in Frankfurt for 90 minutes should be fired! Passport control takes 3 hours, minimum! Avoid Frankfurt airport at all costs! Never again! The airport is 3rd world. The WORST!
It was ok no problem on flight after the ordeal with passport control. Long line and nasty officers not very helpful.

Good, however, I wish that the airlines would have delivered my delayed carry-on bag (checked in at boarding gate) to my hotel. I understand that various countries do have restrictions on such services.

The ground crew would not allow me to bring carry on. Sh on the plane while the seat next to me was empty and some of the overhead bins were available. I had to wait 30 mins for the luggage to arrive. There was no reason for it.
More legroom for me as a tall person. I shouldn’t have to be discriminated because of my height just like someone’s wheelchair does have to pay extra to be accommodated comfortably.
Good, efficient flights both ways. Didn’t have food and no entertainment so can’t comment on those. Friendly staff that let me move to a row with no one booked.
Tivat airport really needs to up its game W Eurowings needs to provide support at luggage collection
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen

I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.

L'enregistrement des bagages ne s'est pas bien passé. Nous avions 6 bagages à main et un bagage en soute de 23 kg. L'employée en charge d'enregistrer nos bagages nous a déclaré qu'elle ne retrouvait pas l'achat de notre bagage en soute et nous demandait de payer une nouvelle fois le bagage en soute pour pouvoir l'enregistrer. Après près d'une heure de vérification, elle a fini par retrouver l'enregistrement de notre bagage et nous avons pu embarquer. Nous étions en famille avec 4 enfants dont une petite fille de 3 ans. L'attente était interminable. Aucune excuse de la part des employés de Tunisair

Hours of delay after boarding and closing the door before departure without enough explanation
Given the horrible reviews for Tunisair I was just hoping that I would get to Tunis and home. I did, with delay, but, for the price (about half the other options and the only direct flight) I considered that it was a good choice and actually quite high on the price-performance curve. While the cabin looks threadbare, the main problem for comfort was that the toilet doors did not properly close and one toilet was unavailable and remaining toilet became completely filthy ... I mean excrement all over the toilet. Really disgusting. The flight to Tunis was two hours late, and the schedule showed a departure one hour earlier than what turned out to be the actual scheduled departure, something I could only find out the day before the flight by continual checking. The return flight was just one hour late, I was delighted ! Fortunately, I had planned my activities to expect, in the best case, late flights, so I was happy with what I got. Staff are not bubbling over charm but I thought service was perfectly adequate, the food was perfectly eatable. Despite good marks for boarding, that is only once you get to the gate, in Tunis it is pretty bad, and despite being able to get an e-ticket they don't accept them at security so you have to wait in the line to check-in with baggage even if you don't have baggage. But that isn't Tunisair's fault.
