Offboarding in Dubai was a bit confusing. The bus dropped us off, we passed the security, and then we were again in departure, no clue, no guidance on where to get our luggage
Could not board flight due to visa issue and emirates staff at the airport refused to help rebook flight because it was made by another provider. It took hours of communicating with my provider and Emirates staff each of whom said it was the others responsibility. As the time passed, I was eventually told it was too late for rebooking as I needed to do this at least three hours before the flight. Emirates staff also said the would unboard me but I believe I was recorded as a no show. Our first flight from Sydney to Dubai was more cramped than other airlines which was surprising considering their reputation.
The food options were excellent for Economy. It was difficult to find the lounge after clearing security and boarding was clunky
Everything I was good except food quality is very poor
Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.
More than two hours delay I could not do my tax refund because of the delay to check in They lost my luggage
The first class experience was great but Frankfurt airport is very confusing. Badly signed all round. Boarding was not pleasant and check in staff was arrogant.
Same problem with very poor food. Gluten free options can taste great, there is not reason to be give suboptimal meals in this situation.
The experience was not as pleasant returning as leaving. Went through clearance twice, crew was not as customer focused.
The flight was delayed in Jhb and I could have had some help in Dubai trying to get to my connecting flight to London

I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.
The boarding was efficieng. Staff in flight smiling, polite, attentive, patient. Very professional.
I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came
The hard product, food, and service are far superior to their North American counterparts

My seat number was changed unilaterally after confirmed online checkin from widow to aisle. This applies to the Istanbul-Port louis flight. Seat was also changed for the Antalya-Istanbul flight but this was because of aircraft change, I was informed. That flight was delayed because of a technical problem with the original aircraft.
Boeing 777 is a bad choice for a such a long flight.
Very bad overall. The comfort level was undeniably uncomfortable. The in-flight entertainment was no good because my screen froze and “wasn’t able to reset”. The staff were rude and non-helpful. Instead of offering me an upgrade for all inconveniences for the ticket, and seat I paid extra for, I was offered a downgraded seat all the way at the back of the aircraft. The flight was delayed for so long, making the experience at the layover airport that much more unpleasant.
One of the best flights I have been on in a while. Food was excellent. The chair-back screens in economy were A+. The crew was friendly and helpful.

Flight was overbooked. Luckily there was room in Business so several people got free upgrade.
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.
Seats comfort need to improve big time it’s 14 hour flight it was very bad seats
This was the worst flight of my life. Economy seat directly behind a premium economy seat with extra recline meant I have about 6 inches between my face and their chair. My seat would not recline at all. I couldn't even use my laptop on the tray table because I had so little room. I was in a casket basically for 10 hours. Completely unacceptable.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.

Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.

We booked a flight with Lufthansa. Found out when we got to the airport that it was with Eurowings, I would have never booked a long flight with a low cost carrier. They charged for everything: headsets, blankets, anything you normally get on an international flight.
I was in business class and the lie flat seats were super comfortable. Friendly crew, nice meal. Very good experience!
All was very good however the breakfast was a bit tasteless on both flights. Many people seemed to say the same thing. Otherwise really good .
Is a terrible airline. The seats are tiny, staff are lazy and rude. Everything is a mission for them and they always take forever. Check in and passport control is enough to turn you off Mauritius all together. Let alone the airline. Mauritius is gorgeous and a must visit if you could avoid the airport and Air Mauritius.

The crew were great as usual. The flight was rescheduled two hours later but delayed by more than an hours to load cargo. The was upsetting because I missed scheduled meetings in Johannesburg.
Though the food was very good ,I think the portions were too big. It was hard to manage everything on that small table. And you really don't feel like eating too much on a long flight. Just a suggestion and it would save you some money too.
