On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
Connecting time in Zurich was 50 minutes. We had to rush due to delay previous flight. To short for our luggage, got it only with 24 hours delay
This was the second time my trip that Swiss lost my luggage from one of their own connecting flights. Really frustrating.
Terrible - we needed tp change the flight and it was impossible. They ask for a price that was higher than buying a new tickets from another airline. Will never flight Swiss air and Luftgansa again.
Delay more than hour created pressure to catch the connecting flight
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

Cheapflights did not forward the payment for seat assignments, and my partner and I were separated and given center (B and E) seats. Will be requesting a refund.
Connecting in Frankfurt was a nightmare! Whoever scheduled our connection in Frankfurt for 90 minutes should be fired! Passport control takes 3 hours, minimum! Avoid Frankfurt airport at all costs! Never again! The airport is 3rd world. The WORST!
It was ok no problem on flight after the ordeal with passport control. Long line and nasty officers not very helpful.

I was disappointed that paying nearly $5000 more for business class for two didn’t really get me any more than a larger seat which as the last row in cabin reclined only mildly and the foot supports were of minimal help and left no room under seat ahead for carton bag. Second, our checked luggage was lost and took us two long days and we’ll after midnight each of them and multiple calls and 30 euro trip to airport in person to finally get them. Would you do this again?
I bought premium economy tickets with a fully flexible fare, and made seats selection for me and my son: window and aisle. After checking in online, Lufthansa cancelled the seat assignment without informing me. As a result, my son and I were assigned mid-center row seats, in different rows. This ruined the trip.
The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.
That was the last time I booked Kayak. The connecting flight got canceled and the trouble shooting terrible. Next times, I will book the airlines directly. Good bye
