1) have phone numbers where we can call... a human... not this bot stuff... 2) the austrian airlines crew directs us to the airport lost and found for left behind objects, then the airport lost and found directs us back to them. Listen y'all, if you can't get this straight, what are you thinking expecting us to? Cheap, unprofessional, looks like a airline on the way to going under. If you can't afford well-trained staff... well... ask not for whom be bell tolls... it tolls for you.
The good: we liked fast boarding, the departure and arrival on-time. The not-so-good: The crew should learn from their sister-company Swiss with whom we took the flight to the US. Austrian onboard personnel need to smile more and provide a better service. Food was okay, there was the usual issue with “no more chicken” by the time they reach row X 😕. We did not understand why the crew collected trash so randomly and inadequately. We missed the free internet for messaging which was privided by Swiss as well. Hope this feedback helps.

It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
I paid for carry-on bag, but they did not let me take it on board, persuaded to check it in because the flight was full. I agreed to help them out, and they mixed up tag numbers and my bag got lost. I had very valuable things in there, and my whole vacation experience was ruined. I even asked the boarding assistant why the tag number was different from the assigned one, but they assured me it was alright and the bag will arrive to my destination. Nothing arrived of course. Incompetence of boarding assistants cost me the loss of all my things.
Again, delays. That route from VIE to RMO gets regular delay all the time.

The flight was late. We accommodated other missed flights, and the plane was full of people, without space to store carry-on luggage. They lost our checked luggage for the entire flight and delivered it after two days.
There were a number of passengers scheduled to transfer to the flight from Vienna to Warsaw. None of them made it because the crew failed to assist them in getting to the gate for the Warsaw bound flight in time. It could have been done very easily with proper assistance.

Honestly. I think that LOT has gone WAY up in their business class service. The food, the seats, the service - all was great.
Crew was excellent. Business class was poor on the short flight and mediocre at best on the international flight.
Boarding was delayed for an unknown reason for more than an hour. While the airplane was at the gate, the boarding time was moved by 10-20 minutes every 15 minutes. No entertainment on the plane.
The customer service rep on chat refused carrying golf set at no charge that is customary for LOT and others. I wanted yo carry just ONE club not even full set! Web check in was nightmare. Most horrible lounge at warsaw. To call it business class is a BIG exaggeration. Rude staff warsaw to nyc. Seats uncomfortable and not flat as is now customary. Bad content and entertainment system.
They broke my luggage. I’m pissed off about that. Service was slow and inconsistent.

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.
A crew member needs to be assigned the (unpleasant) job of making sure toilets are reasonably clean. The toilets on my flight were revolting - human waster lined the inside of the toilet bowl.
The crew was unresponsive. Not enough drinking water throughout the flight or between services. Two bathrooms so dirty that could not be used.
Impossible charge phone inside airplane. Entertainment system does not support charging at all. Everything else is perfect
This airline cancelled 3 of my tickets and did not even notify me of the cancellation therefoe my advice is to stay awaway!!
The flights that i booked with them were totally unreliable as they cancelled and/or switched itinereis left and right so I definitely could not recommend them. It was as also imppossible to contact them for anything-hence my poor rating
