late arrival on a TK flight meant I missed my next TA flight. Had to wait a day to get a flight and they would not reschedule me all the way back to Denver. I had to buy a last-minute ticket from Washington Dulles to Denver on top of paying over $6000 for a business class ticket. I don't think I would ever fly Turkish Air again.

Very hot cabin made long flight uncomfortable, even in business class! Food was great. Istanbul business lounge had great food but too few bathrooms and seating . They also need more electric outlets for charging devices. Appreciate the ability to go through fast track lines w business class

Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

Their weakness is in boarding. Business class rarely boards first and there are no announcements explaining delays, so customers are always left waiting and wondering why boarding has paused.

0ur assigned seats were given to other individuals when we boarded the plane. We were given new boarding passes with new seats all the way at the back of the plane. The reason given to us was that there were issues with the seats. We found out that there were no issues, and someone else's were seated on those.

I like Turkish Airlines Business Class to go to Europe, but it would be nice to avoid the back and forth to Istambul, and the very long layover. Regarding the 10 hrs. layover I have to say Turkish Airline lounges are superior and offer really good quality sustainable food… for ultimate comfort they also have great showers and suites to rest!
