Excellent service from LOT!!! The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the journey. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely fly with LOT again and highly recommend it!

Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.
Garbage airline at a premium price. Both ways was unable to purchase seats before checking. Called, messaged on Facebook, and emailed. All three times staff said I could, and gave me form responses on how to, despite providing screenshots/explaining beforehand showing I couldn't. At check-in both times they sat me and my wife separately, despite booking together. Both legs the USB port in my entertainment system was broken. Food is atrocious. Seats are old and uncomfortable, and struggle to adjust. Toilets were like portapotties at a concert.
My flight was cancelled and I went through hell to get it fixed, with no help from the website I booked it on. My reservation was cancelled AGAIN by the site I booked on without my knowledge a week later. The flight itself that I finally got on was awful. Drunk man belligerent the entire flight, I don't understand how he was allowed on the flight.
Most of the crew members were rude, flight arrived late and we missed our connecting flight, they damaged my friends suitcase so badly that two wheels had been destroyed.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats

I paid for carry-on bag, but they did not let me take it on board, persuaded to check it in because the flight was full. I agreed to help them out, and they mixed up tag numbers and my bag got lost. I had very valuable things in there, and my whole vacation experience was ruined. I even asked the boarding assistant why the tag number was different from the assigned one, but they assured me it was alright and the bag will arrive to my destination. Nothing arrived of course. Incompetence of boarding assistants cost me the loss of all my things.
The problem is with Kayak and Underpricer. You overcharged me for a change fee and for seats that I did not get. You owe me $600

Austrian business has no access to lounge Boarding is chaotic , mad scramble Business is just an economy seat in front Crew was very nice, attendants very friendly Bus to gate afterwards
