My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. The boarding process was orderly and efficient, with only a short wait before passengers were invited to step onboard. Everything moved with calm coordination, setting a positive tone right from the start. Once in the air, the inflight crew truly shined. They were warm, friendly, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Their professionalism and upbeat energy made the cabin feel welcoming and well cared for. The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.

My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.

The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.

I wish that the meal included a vegetable or even a salad instead of couscous! Why serve chicken with rice AND couscous? Service was good overall though a bit lacking in friendliness. Usually on air france I've been offered a glass of champagne before dinner, wine with dinner, and a digestif after dinner. We were only offered wine this time!

Georgian Airways check in staff initially denied us, because they thought passengers required transit visas to transfer on connecting flights. This required 70 minutes for them to call multiple people to confirm how transfers worked. They did not apologize once accepting our check in. Onboard, the four hour flight gave stale bread with spam slices as lunch. The only included drinks were still or sparkling water.

Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.

Our flight was canceled with no rebooking offered. We are still waiting for a refund and had to book a very expensive flight to return to Toronto without any compensation or help from Turkish or flight hub. Extremely poor service during a time of crisis, speaks volumes about the type of airline and flight hub as a disaster of a company with zero accountability

Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

On the Boeing 777-300 aircraft there is no personalized climate control for passengers. Every time I've ever flown on this type of airplane I've been uncomfortably warm. For shorter flights (less than 5 hours) this isn't a big deal, but on longer flights where a nap is required to stay comfortable it turns into a nightmare. I love turkish airlines, but I really fo hope they upgrade their fleet. I've flown turkish air once on a newer model and had a fantastic time, so I think its the plane more than the airline.

It was an old airline with the old configuration of business class seats. Not really what we signed up for for the longest leg of the trip. Disappointing.

The seat 7A had no padding. I needed to sit on the provided pillow.

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

I was not woken up for my meal and then ignored when I woke up while they were serving the aisle behind me
