The seat in front of me seemed to have extra reclining, which made my seat tighter. I couldn’t see my movie properly when the other passenger was reclined. Food was OK, but there was a long period without food, considering it was a day time long flight.
Our flight delayed, due to the incoming flight arriving late from Paris. AF caused us to miss our connecting flight, also booked through Air France directly. They couldn't accommodate us until later that night, and we had to be in AMS earlier than that. They won't do anything else to help us and wanted to charge us more money to rebook us too. Not great service, since it was all their fault.
The check-in at the airport was smooth and helpful. There was a delay due to some issue. The good regular but the staff very attentive.
Air France removed our luggage from the plane before it took off, seemingly intentionally, didn't notify us until after we reported it missing at SFO, and is giving us no updates on when, or whether, they will deliver it.
Seats! The eternal problem in economy. They are like stones!!
I love Air France. This was another great experience despite a slight delay in the departure. The time was made up on flight. I would take AirFrance again when traveling to the far East. Merci beaucoup.
Everything is good except the seats are tightened no rooms for the legs,
The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.
The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.
They lost my bag and I still have not received it
We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..
It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

There was a screaming child behind our seats. This prevented us from getting any sleep during the night.
Waiting too long before getting on the plane. No communication, slow...horrible
I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

Never happened. Lufthansa canceled numerous flights. Had to stand in line at Frankfurt Airport for 6 1/2 hours to rebook. Had to bypass Paris.
That they waited from my late arrival to board priority board. Smooth flight

More legroom for me as a tall person. I shouldn’t have to be discriminated because of my height just like someone’s wheelchair does have to pay extra to be accommodated comfortably.
Good, efficient flights both ways. Didn’t have food and no entertainment so can’t comment on those. Friendly staff that let me move to a row with no one booked.

Tivat airport really needs to up its game W Eurowings needs to provide support at luggage collection
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen

Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
