Turkish Business Class is a wonderful experience, and the best inflight dining experience I’ve had to date.

Very good. I was happy that business seats were in a 1-2-1 configuration for the long haul flight. The shorter flight was a 2-2-2 configuration which I do not like as much, but it was a 3 hour flight that I slept through.

The crew was amazing and the food was really good too

On Turkish it is all about the food and the service. I am overwhelmed with the quality and variety of the dining service offered on business class. I prefer the updated A350 to the older B777 cabin layout, but both are comfortable. Flights left and arrived on time with updates from the captain. I will definitely fly with them again.

Great staff/service on board. Check-in/boarding staff are very good, but overall supervision of their passenger intake processes needs attention.

They are absolutely impossible to get hold of. A death in the family caused us to delay our departure. They are impossible to get through to and after waiting 41/2 hours I was told they would not consider helping us. They cancelled our return flight and have not reimbursed anything. I strongly urge readers to consider a different airline.

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

Very Bad experience bqz I was missed my next flight.

Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.
