I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Really hard to tell what was happening after my flight got delayed five times
Flight was delayed from San Diego due to being overweight for weather conditions. We missed our connecting flight to our final destination due to the delay, as well as the connecting flight leaving before the scheduled departure time. We missed the connection within 10 - 15 minutes. We were booked on a later flight arriving 7 hours later. There were 7 passengers sharing the same originating and connecting flight.
Horrible, mismanaged ground issue resulting in a long delayed, next flight left early, waiting extra 7 hours in the airport, screen did not work
The ac must have died, it was way to hot on this flight. Boarding g was chaotic. The flight was delayed for boarding. Not a great experience.
The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.
The counter person at the gate was rude and demeaning, to the point that I wouldn't fly this airline again.
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.
There could have been better food options in economy on the long 7hr trip from IAH to AM.
Great experience. Boarding was fast, staff were very nice and funny, everything at the seat worked well.
Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way
