Boarding is messy, business class no priority line Delay is departure.. hot in cabin
My experience with Emirates was very disappointing, particularly in how the disruption to my journey was handled. My connecting flight in Dubai was cancelled and I was provided overnight accommodation, but I was not advised that leaving the airport could affect duty-free items I had purchased at my original departure airport. When I returned for the rescheduled flight, the alcoholic beverages were confiscated. I was then initially refused boarding for my rescheduled flight, although this was eventually resolved. Onboard, I was allocated a next to a passenger who repeatedly shouted throughout the journey. I asked the senior cabin crew member to move me to vacant seats at the rear but was told they were reserved for crew. The same seats were only offered to me towards the end of the flight, when moving was of little benefit. I appreciate the hotel accommodation provided after the cancellation, but the overall handling, communication and customer service fell well below what I expected from Emirates. What began as a flight cancellation became a series of unnecessary inconveniences, financial loss and an extremely uncomfortable journey.
Good service. I wish there was more legroom. The food could be improved with additional options.
Everything is smooth and good. While cabin crew didn't wake me up for food. When I got up I asked for my meal then they simply replied I was sleep due to that reason they did not wake me up. In that case I suggest they must keep stickers to place on top wake up or DnD.

As always Emirates is always dependent on the crew you get on the day and today was a good one. Everyone knew what they were doing and gracefully without hesitation . Great conversation all round even about the food and wine.

Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.

Friendly flight attendants, Did not care for the food. My headphones did not work because of a faulty jack at my seat.
Entertainment was poor at best. Very old movies and tv show and not really good ones .

I liked most things except the cabin was way too cold for most of the journey. I prepared by putting on long pants, shirt, jumper, shoes and socks. Still cold!

Food quality can be improved for the price of the ticket.
I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
At CGK, need to walk from one gate all the way to the other gate to board the plane. Which makes me wonder, why can’t we just gather at the correct gate in the first place?

The go to HK trip will easily giving jetlag, but coming back to Chicago has no jetlag because of the time taking off matter.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Food was great. Lots of movies and tv shows to choose from. Highly recommend.
As before, my only problem was not being able to download my boarding passes prior to arrival at the airport. Everything else was perfect.
The aircraft was slightly newer but the food was very bad. Bland and uninteresting. Nothing special at all.
In flight entertainment system including wifi were down and passengers got tortured for the 16 hours flight without any of these. Food was spoiled as well for the first meal provided but second meal was Ok. Overall a horrible experience which was not at all expected for such a long haul flight which was expected to be THE most memorable part of my planned trip for family.
I traveled to Singapore for 5 days, I didn’t receive my luggage until the 3rd day. When I received my luggage was broken which they fixed it supposedly. I never had such a poor experience with the any other airline. I honestly think it should be a compensation for all of my losses and suffering that I went through.
I liked that we got to our destination safely. I did not like the “no” amenities. The plane was very cold and a blanket was only offered for sale. In fact the only things you could get were for sale. Food, water, snack, etc. I’m very surprised that they did not charge to use the lavatory. The seats were uncomfortable and did not adjust. My butt literally hurt after just a 4 hour flight. I don’t remember the cost of the flight, but more than $10 was not worth it. I’ll never fly Cebu airlines again. Ever!
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.

Terrible, I will never ever ever attempt to fly on Cebu Pacific. I understand that it’s a cheap flight option but they take cheap experience to the next level.
The flight was delayed for 3 hours and I missed my transit flight.
I am 74 hrs old and I appreciate walking on the ramp instead of using the stairs. Too bad they didn’t have that on the return.
Food 930 am flight they serve lunch !! In other flight 11 am flight they serve breakfast Crew behavior is bad also overall
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Thanks for a safe and smooth journey.
Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.

Boarding was almost an hour late but there was no communication. Cabin crew did nothing to ensure people kept masks on and even with seat belt sign on people were wondering around the plane.
