This was the worst flight of my life. Economy seat directly behind a premium economy seat with extra recline meant I have about 6 inches between my face and their chair. My seat would not recline at all. I couldn't even use my laptop on the tray table because I had so little room. I was in a casket basically for 10 hours. Completely unacceptable.

Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great

I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.

There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.

It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.

No food, no entertainment, but that's normal for short-haul flight.

The staff were so very cheerful and happy! It really made my day to encounter such chipper folks throughout my journey

Hectic boarding process. I upgraded to business class which was no different than economy except for the food service. Totally not worth it.

I’m not a happy customer. Lufthansa cancelled my flight 3 times, and I had to rebook a flight to Larnaca, but a flight to Tel Aviv and pay for a hotel. Then the flight back was cancelled and now I have to find my own way back. Terrible.

Absolutely inadequate transfer at Munich airport. Lufthansa sold a ticket for a flight with 45 mins transfer, and your connecting flight is actually in a different terminal. In order to get to that terminal you need to walk 10 mins to a train station, take a train, and then go through passport control. All this in less than 45 mins (deduct 20 mins for boarding)? Madness.
