This was the second time my trip that Swiss lost my luggage from one of their own connecting flights. Really frustrating.
On time arrivals and departure, good in flight entertainment, courteous flight attendants, decent meals, reasonable seat space
Close was excellent. Comfort was very good. The food was marginal.
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag
Wheelchair was the excellent service. I didn’t have any food or used entertainment. Overall for my trip experience was excellent. Thank you very much and keep up good work. Best regards
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.
Like the blanket. Food wasn’t good and boarding was a mess
A lot of things could have been better. They lost our luggage. We missed our connection from YVR to Naples when we arrived in Zurich and then we got re-routed to Rome and then Naples. We eventually got to Naples but our bags didn’t. Our experience at the lost luggage in the Naples was not at all reassuring. They didn’t seem that interested in our problem. I did a live chat with Swiss customer service and all they could do is tell me to follow the process. Meanwhile we’ve had to spend significant money on clothes and I have to replace medications. This has meant our trip so far has been totally different than what we had planned. It’s not clear that our baggage will ever show up which means we will have lost significant amount of clothing and other things and our two month trip to Europe will have more problems than good memories. So far we are not happy.
The flight was canceled so it’s stupid to send me this now !!!!!
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
The crew were excellent, smiling and kind. The seats were good for economy though my seat back got a bit sticky from getting out of the reclining position. The food was good for a Kosher meal, better than usual. Entertainment was okay, but there was no Wi-fi available the entire flight. Overall the flight was fine for an overnight flight. The flight attendant in my section was absolutely delightful.
The staff were so very cheerful and happy! It really made my day to encounter such chipper folks throughout my journey
Staff are really not attentive. Seem rather disinterested in attending to the customers in general.
Food was OK.. nothing to rave about but it was tasty enough. Many choices to choose from for entertainment. Seats tight but comfortable. Flight attendants cheerful & helpful.
The flight was smooth and on time. Check-in and boarding was very efficient. The flight was very comfortable and there was good entertainment and food on offer.
