The seats were not very comfortable and very close together.
Low-cost airline. Airbus A-320 and 321 series are not comfortable on flights taking more than 3 hours. Seats are uncomfortable. Very limited foot space, especially when having a bag under the seat in front of you.
Had to pay £45 to check in at the airport because I didn't check-in online at least 3 hours prior... and it wasn't mentioned on the booking / App (online check-in is only marked as "included service"). Upon landing, captain failed to land the first attempt and had to take off again for an re-attempt. Overall mid experience, would definitely pay a bit more at first to avoid this again.
Two of our boarding details were missing and they wanted to charge us 84 pounds for that, although it was totally their fault
Crews are great, chill, good snack sets on offer, I didn't feel they play any annoying budget airline games. I will probably fly with Wizz every chance I get it
This airline is routinely voted the worse airline in Europe for good reason. If you have an option, just avoid them.
All in all is not bad, but the boarding by walking outside in the airport airplanes area in the wind and rain to go up the stairs to board the plane that’s too much inconvenient. Hopefully that will change and we use the normal gates at the airport to board the plane! Thank you!
Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. Shambolic boarding with ZERO information on why there was a delay. Don't treat customers like sheep. Crew good. Aircraft new. Late departure with minimal information from flight deck.
The crew was exceptionally kind. Communication in terms of gate changes could be better

Folks, I'll say it again. This is easily one of my favorite airlines. I'm used to traveling with all kinds of airlines throughout the world, but you need to fix your boarding process. It's not that difficult. You have preferred and regular passengers. Just make sure they line up behind the sign on time. Ground crew needs to be more proactive. Again, I am and I will continue to be a loyal customer, but please fix this one thing. It's small, but easy to fix.

The flight never took off because two naughty kids, Donnie and Bibi, did a silly thing. Started a war.

Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.
Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
Il n’y a pas eu de vol du tout puisque celui à été déplacé à la veille sans aucune information. Aucun remboursement ni service client non plus. Scandale !
Wizzair is a mess, don’t trust them, all flights are delayed, nothing is secure with them, they are the poorest of all companies.
