Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

It was an old airline with the old configuration of business class seats. Not really what we signed up for for the longest leg of the trip. Disappointing.

The ac did not work and the plane was deployed for the AC BUT IT NEVER WORKED. I have high blood pressure and I was SWEATING AND NEARLY PASSED OUT. Do better.

Everything was great except the meat served was tough and overcooked!

Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

We were traveling first class. Checkin counter lady and her manager, both were in bad mood and did not treat us well about checking in the handbag. The gate agent took care of it right away. I travel Turkish twice a year in first class. No one has ever refused to check in the hand bag. Not sure, why this agent and her manager refused. Everything else was excellent.

Turkish had extra security but didn’t feel intrusive, just an extra level of care for us. Checkin was fast, immigration outward went well. They lengthened our flight time from 6 to 7 hours to avoid flying over Sudan. Food as a vegan was fine as requested.
