Very comfortable in business class. Excellent service. Good food. Smooth trip.

The connecting flight experience was okay. Flight crew's service were great upon settling. However, it wasn't the same as previous flight. Flight crew were okay - friendly, however, not as accommodating.

Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

We couldn’t fly to Chicago on our booked flight. The flight was overbooked.

Amazing, great airlines to go in business class. Hospitality is amazing. Food is great and lounge in Istanbul is at another level.

The only thing that I think could be better is the baggage storage, it wasn't exactly ordered, but all in great conditions

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

What I didn't like was the flight crew. They were very Rude!!! They need to be trained on how to work with people. I worked in retail for over 36 years and in management for about half that time. And the thing that was Most instilled in us was GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE CREATES LOYALTY! If your goal is to be the top airline and move alot people, then you best work on training your cabin crew! I'd rather spend a few more dollars for great customer service than a great ticket price and great treated poorly.

It’s amazing how much better foreign airlines are than American domestic airlines. Why can’t we do things as well? Professional, friendly flight attendants. Quality meals and complimentary wine and beer. Great selection of movies, shows, music, etc. Comfortable seats, even in Economy class (adjustable headrest, footrest, large foldable tray table, charging port). A nice bag of comfort items, such as socks, slippers, eye covers, head phones. This is the third foreign airline we have used over the last 7-8 years, and they have all been so nice, but Turkish Airlines was our favorite. We flew to Portugal last year on one of our domestic american airlines, and it was a pretty miserable experience in comparison. Kudos to Turkish Airlines.
