Excellent experience with business class area. Staff was attentive and food was amazing. Only one bathroom for business class which was logistically difficult for the staff while preparing meals. Need to offer fluids with meals. I did not get enough water to drink. But overall I rate it 5 star.

Great food, and lots of it. They made us come to the gate two hours before the flight and you were stuck in the enclosure until you boarded with no bathroom or food or drink. My seat in business class was very claustrophobic, I could barely get into it and a large board blocked the window and made it even more claustrophobic

Turkish Business Class is a wonderful experience, and the best inflight dining experience I’ve had to date.

The boarding was not as organized as what I experienced in Houston. We were able to depart on time and landed in Lagos as scheduled.

This was my third time using Turkish Airlines. I was well satisfied with the overall experience! I believe that no one is perfect and that everyday we are trying to do the best we can to help others by giving a part of our lives through service. I believe from what I’ve seen that Turkish Airlines, have come close to that service! I will definitely recommend and reuse their services again! Thank you!

Food and crew were superb. I flu with a 777 which has old TV screens. Although the movie selection was very good, screen was not sharp enough to wacht a movie

Very bad boarding staff. I was flying business. We were stashed in a bus as much as it could be filled with business then economy passengers. By the time we have reached the plane we have waithed 10 more minutes inside the bus mext to the plane because of some documental work in the plane. I guess TGS -Turkish Airlines Ground Services forgot yo radio the plane if it was ready.

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

It was disapointing during the wait in Cancun. It took several hours to clean and they told us during that time we could not stand, use the bathroom, have service etc.
