The entire experience in Turkish business class was superb. From the friendly greetings including the chef, to the polite and classy service, all was wonderful. The in flight entertainment is one of the best. The food was the best I’ve had inflight.

The ground crew members at check in counter were courteous. The boarding was seamless. Flight departed as scheduled. Service on board was great

had to wait 1 hour once boarded. so we were 1 hour late arriving.

They are absolutely impossible to get hold of. A death in the family caused us to delay our departure. They are impossible to get through to and after waiting 41/2 hours I was told they would not consider helping us. They cancelled our return flight and have not reimbursed anything. I strongly urge readers to consider a different airline.

The seats seems abit small and the reclining is too much, the seat in front of me came back too much and made it uncomfortable for me.

Majority of the staff were simply awesome and very very supportive and helpful

it was great honestly for the melbourne flight a kit with blindfold and slippers was probided to each passenger on the seat and the food was really great will definitely recommend people take turkish airlines for travel not just on the sin-melbourne route.

Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.
