This was the second time my trip that Swiss lost my luggage from one of their own connecting flights. Really frustrating.
Close was excellent. Comfort was very good. The food was marginal.
Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.
Wheelchair was the excellent service. I didn’t have any food or used entertainment. Overall for my trip experience was excellent. Thank you very much and keep up good work. Best regards
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

The crew is not focused on the guests but on their task!! No extra service. No business class amenities provided. A crew is not friendly if you ask for something extra, like tea. It takes 30 minutes, and you have to go them 3 reminders. Lack of friendliness, less but more of let me finish and go back to their group and Talk. Like a passenger is in on there way. So get your I gave you food just shut up

Make sure to request a vegetarian meal in advance. They printed out menus for all passengers with the options but by the time they were halfway through (for breakfast and dinner), the vegetarian options were already all taken.
The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times
Very good except the boarding process too forever and wasn’t organized by group. I had a heavy pack or I wouldn’t have minded. I was in business. There were no audible announcements in the waiting area about boarding and everyone packed into the boarding area. Then boarding stopped for a long time but the staff made no announcements to update waiting passengers about the holdup. The flight was good after we got on.
Temperature in plane in both segments was warm. Otherwise, great experience
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.
flight Istanbul to tel Aviv did not happen and no refund. refund for 2nd half of round trip was less than half.
This is the first and last time I will be traveling Turkish airlines. The flight was delayed three times. Second time we sat on the aircraft for approximately an hour and a half. Initially told that the delay would only be 15 minutes then no explanation thereafter except that we were deboarding. We missed our connecting flights to Zimbabwe, and had to pay for a overnight hotel stay in addition to paying for a new tickets to our get to our final destination. They allowed us to order food from the airport food court but only from fast food and even that they limited the menu items we could select. I would some to contact me about the refund on the hotel and the connecting flight!
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
The crew were excellent, smiling and kind. The seats were good for economy though my seat back got a bit sticky from getting out of the reclining position. The food was good for a Kosher meal, better than usual. Entertainment was okay, but there was no Wi-fi available the entire flight. Overall the flight was fine for an overnight flight. The flight attendant in my section was absolutely delightful.
Staff are really not attentive. Seem rather disinterested in attending to the customers in general.
Food was OK.. nothing to rave about but it was tasty enough. Many choices to choose from for entertainment. Seats tight but comfortable. Flight attendants cheerful & helpful.
Didn't have bar code on our phone based boarding pass. People at the counter didn't notice. We walked to security, couldn't get through, had to go back to check in to get a paper boarding pass.
The flight was smooth and on time. Check-in and boarding was very efficient. The flight was very comfortable and there was good entertainment and food on offer.
