The crew was amazing and the food was really good too

On Turkish it is all about the food and the service. I am overwhelmed with the quality and variety of the dining service offered on business class. I prefer the updated A350 to the older B777 cabin layout, but both are comfortable. Flights left and arrived on time with updates from the captain. I will definitely fly with them again.

Both of our Business Class seats were broken. I'm sure they didn't just break before we boarded but were broken prior. They would not recline. We could sit up straight or lie down, nothing that would allow us to sit back and relax on a 12 hour flight. Totally unacceptable. Very expensive and a waste or money.

Very bad boarding staff. I was flying business. We were stashed in a bus as much as it could be filled with business then economy passengers. By the time we have reached the plane we have waithed 10 more minutes inside the bus mext to the plane because of some documental work in the plane. I guess TGS -Turkish Airlines Ground Services forgot yo radio the plane if it was ready.

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

I had issue with my boarding pass. When I arrived in London Gatwick Airport. My e-ticket wasn't scanning and had to do a lot of back and forth with Air Transit I order to board my flight, which I almost missed as a result of this.

Service was slow and checked bag was off last evening when flying business

Everything was good except that they didn’t give us seat for our connecting flight in Istanbul from Cairo. This created a panic situation. Hopefully they give all customers connecting flights seats right from the start.

The airline could improve its business class seats and privacy in line with its competitors.
