The seat in front of me seemed to have extra reclining, which made my seat tighter. I couldn’t see my movie properly when the other passenger was reclined. Food was OK, but there was a long period without food, considering it was a day time long flight.
Air France removed our luggage from the plane before it took off, seemingly intentionally, didn't notify us until after we reported it missing at SFO, and is giving us no updates on when, or whether, they will deliver it.
The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)
Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…
Wasted a lot of time trying to find the CDG lounge - it was not next to the connecting flight gate like the Air France staff said.
The plane was old Only 3 bathrooms available for economy The entertainment was old and the selection was poor
A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.
Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.
The line at boarding was not well organized and managed
My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.
It’s got the tightest seats of any airline - my knees were smashed for 3 hours - absolutely awful.
Very good service from San Jose to Madrid . Ryanair service from Madrid to Brussels 😕
A 13 hour flight with no food apart from what they offered from a menu you had to pay for. On top of that, there were no blankets, so during the flight when the cabin temperature dropped, everyone was very cold. Neither of these things were highlighted at the time of booking. This is the worst long-haul flight I’ve ever encountered.
A friendlier and more helpful crew would have been much better.
It was not assigned a seat to me. I was not able to aboard. I lost all other connections..
Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country
seats could have been together for the family. scattered seating for family of 3

I didn't expect food on this flight but they give us breakfast, they also check in our hand baggage for free
This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
