I have to compare it to the AA flight back home. AA was a little better. Perhaps it was that American English is my native tongue. My seat on AA was newer and more comfortable. The food was a little better. The entertainment was much better, more movies worth watching. The sound was lousy on both.

It’s got the tightest seats of any airline - my knees were smashed for 3 hours - absolutely awful.

Plane delayed due to weather. Plane boarded, then told to unboard due to a maintenance issue.

the seats were bad and uncomfortable and the food was not tasty.

A more organized boarding experience and better food would have made the experience better.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the best crew I have met.

Great : The crew was awesome ♥️ To improve : - The rice in the "Rice with chicken" was rather s kind of rice pudding, not good at all - No power outlet to charge your phone. 😒

Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor

Flight was OK. Waiting for luggage in Madrid for 55 minutes, unacceptable

temperature was too cold there should be free blankets, seat are very uncomfortable, entertainment is limited.
