Just overall a poor experience with little to justify the price of the ticket!
The crew was attentive. The food was delicious. The flight was smooth.
Absolutely the worst food I've ever had on any flight. Otherwise, the flight is OK - just your regular transatlantic economy. Condor should stop saving pennies on meals. They save a penny, lose a dollar.
The layover period at Frankfurt of one hour and forty minutes was not enough time to clear the two-hour line at passport control: we missed the flight to San Francisco. Condor did a good job rebooking us that same day, but our bags ended up in Los Angeles.
The airport gate in Lyon was an insult to human dignity…. Shame kn the French authorities
My flight was canceled and even though I paid אם KAYAK you didn't even answer me and obviously didn't refund my money. I will never buy a ticket through you again.
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Austrian airlines lost my bag in Vienna and it took 2 days to find it and deliver it to me

The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.
Check in, was fine, boarding was good, we left on time, punctual flight, aircraft condition was also good, Boeing 737-600 , all went well, I did not expect more or any better
Flight changed and cancelled several times over the months in advance that I booked it. However, actual flight went well, no delays, spacious seats. Had some landing issues but otherwise, fine. Also loved that they don’t check weight of luggage!
Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.
Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.
Did not happen. Cancelled and rebooked on flight to Frankfurt and then to Berlin. Lost luggage at Frankfurt change.
Waited on tarmac 30 min before take off everything else was fine
Must deplane and take bus in Frankfurt. A big hassle.
We were upgraded to Premium Economy which was great, lots of space, great food, great seats, somewhat more attentive service.
Staff on board was cheerful. Airport staff was Ok, but the plane was late and the boarding by zones makes it very stressful because I was in the last zone and therefore wasn’t sure I could get my bag onto the overhead rack. Plane was FILTHY.
Could have rebooked us with a comparable flight instead of a red eye. You could have also notified us of all the changes in our return flights. You never contacted us once for the changes, in fact your my trip often showed the wrong flight.
Everything was great I have no issues they are wonderful , so helpful especially with my spical need son . Love the courtesy of the staff. But the food and entertainment need some improv.
Multiple cancelled flights ended up cancelling the whole itinerary. Went on my own and booked directly the day of flight and am demanding full refund.

EgyptAir has significantly improved, especially its cabin crew and service. The catering is better than before, though it still has room for improvement. Now we look forward to fleet renewal.
The temperature in the plane was very warm, never experienced in any airlines we have flown, normally its freezing. our trip from JFK to Cairo was unbearably warm.
3 hours delay for a 1.5h flight on a stinky plane
The food was horrible and the service was even worse, the entertainment was broken and missing control stick, even boarding was unorganised unprofessional, even the seats was loose, 5 hrs delay going and almost 3hrs delay coming back, the only thing is direct flight but with all the delays I can get a lot better airline for cheaper and a lot better service.
Very good service with EGYPTAIR, would definitely recommend flying with them.
Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.
Website for Egyptair Plus needs to be refined or go back to the old one...!

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.
The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .
Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.
It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.
دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع
