The crews are always great. The plane is a little long in the tooth, but landed on time. Second flight with TA this holiday and I’m impressed

On time, great food, good drink selection! Only down was alcohol-free lounge. Lufthansa had a much better offering!

No control at all at the gate , passengers were not cuing up, , some were very loud , no action taken by the attendants . It looked more like a heard of animals then humans boarding a plane .

Very bad boarding staff. I was flying business. We were stashed in a bus as much as it could be filled with business then economy passengers. By the time we have reached the plane we have waithed 10 more minutes inside the bus mext to the plane because of some documental work in the plane. I guess TGS -Turkish Airlines Ground Services forgot yo radio the plane if it was ready.

had to wait 1 hour once boarded. so we were 1 hour late arriving.

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

The desk crew at the LAX crew could do better. A girl named Mahesi was very abrasive and unfriendly. She needs a better customer service uproar.

IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.

the cabin was kept too hot. couldn't sleep as a result

The crew checked the immigration laws very quickly for Russian citizenship and confirmed our FVTF for Singapore for 96 hrs. Thank you.
